Ritz Brick Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 (edited) A couple of the other themes have forums like this and haven't seen one for the Sci-Fi forum. I'll just get the ball rolling with my collection. It's mainly Exo Force that I've been collecting for 5 or so years now. I have some Space Police III sets that are not included in this picture. If the keen eye can't notice everything included, there is/are. Robots; 2 Fire Vultures 1 Thunder Fury 1 Striking Venom 1 Iron Condor 1 Sonic Raven (not pictured) 1 Robot Sentry 1 Claw Crusher 1 Meca One's mech from Sentai Fortress 1 Dark Panther Exo Force; Grand Titan Stealth Hunter Uplink Silent Strike Cyclone Defender Blade Titan Sky Guardian Aero Booster Golden Guardian Sentai Fortress Supernova Jungle Cutter Chameleon Hunter Golden Tower (not pictured) Mobile Defence Tank (not pictured) Expect to see a good number of Exo Force reviews to pop up. Algernon Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 I'm surprised you don't have the Bridge Walker! That was always my favorite Exo-Force set (that and the enormous orange tank). Very impressive display. I may post a picture of my own Space Police 3 display later on. Quote
Ritz Brick Posted July 2, 2012 Author Posted July 2, 2012 Bridge Walker will be mine as soon as I can find a good price for one. The big orange tank, mobile defence tank. I do own, but is not pictured. Quote
charlieboy Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 A great idea for a topic! Sadly many of my sets, inc my complete SP III collection are boxed up awaiting the day I get my Lego room back but until then, here is a pic of most of my Exo-Force collection- The only sets I dont have are 8108 Mobile Devastator and one of the little polybags. My 7709 Sentai Fortress has been used for parts for some Exo-Force mocs Quote
Vindicare Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Nice Exo Force collection guys. Makes me sad though, I had the majority of this theme only to have sold it... Quote
kboleen Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 (edited) Personally, I like the Exo-Force sets better than the Bionicle/Hero Factory. Are all those mechs official releases or are some of them MOCs? Edited July 7, 2012 by kboleen Quote
charlieboy Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 Are all those mechs official releases or are some of them MOCs? The orange legged one on the larger shelf unit is a moc- PICS HERE I dont think I had any other mocs up when I took the pic although I did build quite a few. Usually I dont like to mix my official sets with mocs but I am quite proud of the Bug! Quote
axalonark Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 This is my current WIP. Trying for a 4'x4' set up with Space police III and Exo-force. I set up the SPIII HQ with the City Police HQ. The Exo-Force is at the rear. Quote
charlieboy Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 I like the idea of combining the SP III base with the city police station! Have you thought about maybe modding the city set slightly? I think replacing all the trans light blue windows with trans dark blue parts would look awesome, you could even go mad and replace the garage doors with the black and yellow theme from the Space Police set! Quote
axalonark Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Good suggestions thank you. Would love to mesh the two together for the SPIII look, just haven't found the time. Across the street I have the squid mans pit stop where I raised it up and made a gang hangout underneath. Big plans and little time. Quote
Vindicare Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 There's something I haven't seen here yet, a space town layout. Very cool! I like the meddling of the City and Space Police 3 stations. Quote

brickmack Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 ^That... Thats all your stuff? I've seen some pretty big collections, but thats certainly on the upper end of the size spectrum. Quote
Vindicare Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 ^ good lord is that impressive. I want your life. I just want that basement(?) with all that shelving. Quote
nunofilipe72 Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 ^ good lord is that impressive. I want your life. You want to be a optometrist in Portugal ??? man... that is the worst thing you can do.... Quote
frumpy Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 That collection is impressive. And the old stuff looks in good condition as well. Quote
frumpy Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 I got some of my old stuff out of storage for my 2 and a half year old to play with this weekend. He had fun for a few hours. I had forgotten how good some of the old stuff was (and no stickers!!!) Artanis I Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) I love the vintage space subthemes... always good to see them on display. I packed up my collection a year ago, I will see if I can find some good photos. Edited July 16, 2012 by Artanis I Quote
Artanis I Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Link to set Most sets have been maxed out with as many minifigs as can fit. Not everything was photographed, particularly bases. This was on display in a room at my previous residence - unfortunately it's all packed away in boxes at the moment. I pretty much (some impulse/polybag sets have eluded me) have all the sets from 1987-1997, SP3 & Alien Conquest. Quote
legomr Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Not bad at all. Very impressive collections. Makes me feel self-conscious. ;) Quote
Si-MOCs Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 You want to be a optometrist in Portugal ??? pastal da ... if it means having your collection - then yes! Plus ... i love pastel de natas -- Really nice collection everyone - I wish i had more old sets ... or room to collect all these... my shelves are all full of those useless MOCs that are slowly being picked at for pieces Quote
Artanis I Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 Yippee... after nearly 3 years the rest of my space minifigs have been returned to me! Now I can finally take photos of the complete collection, just have to get it all back out and reassemble the sets... Quote
Dr Rod Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Bit of a Classic Space collector myself (got me out of my dark ages). This is most of my CS collection: Flickr Link I have a stack more figs that I wasn't too keen putting out on public display that day :) Dr Rod Quote
DraikNova Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 I wish I had such a collection. All I have are a couple of Rock Raider and Insectoids sets. Quote
