The amount of licensed sets I like enough to actually want to buy can be counted on one hand. This Spiderman set can add itself to the hand now.

Yep. It's from the old Alpha Team arctic mission theme. I think one of the old Batman sets also used it with Mr Freeze.

Somehow I missed that when I first observe the figures. I think the CC picture really stands out, but somehow I didn't notice it was that gray. And the Batman only shot looks more white/light gray than it actually is, but still gray nonetheless. Thanks for the links. I don't know why I acted surprised too.

I think the big buys for me are going to be all three of them. I need the Dark Knight set largely because I worked on the film, and the Aquaman set looks great. Finally, while I am not enthralled with the flying car, Nick Fury in LEGO form is too good to pass up.

Mr. Freeze's gun does look a bit better from this angle, but I still dislike the lance-like shape. And I too am disappointed that we didn't get white batarangs.

Yeah me especially, to me fine detail matters and it looks weird that a white (or grey) Batman is holding a black Batarang.

Wow some good sets here, Aquaman is a must buy, comes with probably the best figures out of the lot, Tumbler because I still need this vehicle despite the mediocre design and Bane is a must have other than that there are A LOT of figures to be collected in this release, can't wait

I'm really hoping that this wave marks the end of the direct remakes of old sets. I know Arkham is a remake, but it is so different, and it's creation was inevitable.

But of the other two new sets are so welcome in my book.

True, but it should also be noted that this is in a new color entirely-- Transparent Light Blue rather than Transparent Fluorescent Blue (Trans-Medium Blue). Diversity is always nice.

The Aquaman set is definitely a must-buy! The Spiderman is ok, I'll buy it just for Nick Fury and Venom.

Some turtle set

Spidey! (the one with the flying car)

Ooh, the Batboat is quite good, as is Nick Fury's car thing. Batman did seem to have a lighter shade of grey in the single minifigure pictures though.

I can't see any evidence of it anywhere, but I'm hoping Mr. Freeze has an alternate face with his goggles.

I am definitely getting the batman vs. bane set! ...but i dont understand why batman has a white suit instead of a black one in the Mr. Freeze set? :S

Are these new batman-masks compatible with the old batman-heads?

'cause I really don't like that smile on Batman's face and want to replace that head with one of the older heads I have.

Nobody is sure. Most of us think it will be some kind of DLC for the game - hopefully TDKR characters :D

I highly doubt they'd bother with DLC for a game so old. That's a picture for Lego Batman 1. Lego Batman 2 is out.

After seeing the new Spiderman set pics, I am really liking that set, the car is nicely constructed and it comes with 3 great figures.
