Clear Pic of Iron Patriot Found!

A new picture of a War Machine I found on flickr. Is it photoshopped or real? It could be the Marvel Video Game pre order bonus.

Unfortunately it's fake- but a very good one at that.

It´s not a good one if they always use the same two Iron Man pics of the Avengers sets from last year.

Protip for the next photoshoper: Try finally using another pic.

Could somebody good a photoshopping please do some work on the Mk 42 armor so we can see what it looks like with gold arms and gold legs? :sweet:

I don't mind getting so many Batman based sets, I just dislike that we get a Batman in almost every DC set (There are a few exceptions of course). They need to be making a new character instead of throwing in a token Batman into every set. I've been waiting years for a Batgirl minifig. And characters like Red Robin and Damian Wayne would be most welcome. Again I'm fine with Batman based sets so long as they actually give us new characters (Which have been far and few between these remakes of old figures)

I think the window of opportunity for seeing a Damian Wayne based set has just slammed shut.

IM3 sets are available to order on amazon in the US... mine are coming Tuesday!

Links? Though I'm not good with Amazon, I can't seem to find 'em listed on there.

Here ya go brother. I bought the Sea Port Battle for War Machine obviously. I just couldn't convince myself to get the other two. Maybe after I have seen the movie I will be more inclined to part with my money.

Im having I hard time saying no to any if them, even the not so ultimate battle.

Oh we'll, I'll probly end up with them all by the end of the year!

I think I will wait until Thursday to order them from S@H, but thanks for the links

You know what that means though? Comic Con exclusive! :hmpf_bad:

As for the Iron Man 3 sets, the only one I really don't want is the "Ultimate" Showdown. Although, I will probably wait until after I see the movie to get any of them.

As Lego Star Wars has shown us, if you wait long enough you'll eventually get what you want, it just takes time.

And who knows, he could suddenly show up in a TV show or movie and gain the popularity needed to make it into a set.

Oh, he's my favourite Robin. LEGO needs to give this license time!

The fact that Aquaman was put into a set gives me a lot of hope. Not because Aquaman is terrible or anything but because he isn't as mainstream as Batman and Superman. Sure he fits the set, but LEGO could have easily thrown in The Flash or Green Lantern.

I think that although this year is great, 2014 will be incredible and 2015 will be amazing. I can't see LEGO losing this theme anytime soon, it has the three greatest ingredients to a theme.

1. Kids love superheroes

2. Adults love superheroes

3. Tonnes of incredible possible sets and ideas that could be made.

I picked up all 3 sets yesterday at TRU here in the states. Not bad builds at all

^ yeah apperantly the EXtremis makes the skin glow green.

Yay! Just snagged a IM3 Mansion set from a Toy's R Us in Rockford Illinois, USA. Expensive mark-up, but it's worth it. I'm working on a review now (And hopeing to get let into the review academy at the same time!). I didn't see the other two sets, but really this just says to keep an eye out because they are coming out early.

Is it $35 or $40?

It's suppose to be 40. At Toy's R Us (As many know), they add a mark up price, which was $10--without tax, so it was like $55 in the end. It was more expensive then I wanted, but really, I wanted it!

YCF made a review of the new Man of Steel figure!

To each his own,but I would've waited a few days for Target,WM,Kmart or Lego to get them, why just give away your $$ to TRU?

Normally in my area, it still takes a while for the new things to show up anyways, so it unlikely they'd be out on the said days. Plus I want to review if for Eurorbicks, and getting it in early is best. I will wait for the other sets to come in other stores however.

Call me old school, but I think the 2011 Supes looks way way better than the new movie one. I just hate the way the new costume just seems to be trying so hard to draw the eye to his crotch. Who designed that suit, Joel Shumacher?
