Its actually an EMP emitter using it he can create a small forcefield around him causing anyone who walks into it to short circuit. If anyone thinks of a name for him let me know.

August 11, 201212 yr I would call him "Skinny", but that's just my opinion.... I like the gear on the back. It reminds me of the old days of the Toa Mata... Try changing some colors to black and gray regarding the pins. Good job!
