trekman Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 If your loader is based on a JCB 310, then does the extra pneumatics (nearer the pivot of the boom) act as a sway control for the boom, and if you removed them, would it make any difference? Also I think you have too much headstock, causing the boom to remain too level at it's lowest point. The challenge is that you end up cutting into the area for the front axle. I made a 310 and faced similar problems. But a good model and well done with the pneumatics. Quote

No they are extra lift cylinders just like the real one,I am happy with how the arm is pivoted If I moved this any more I would loss a bit of hight once it is at max reach and also hit the front axle. They are both great Ryan Thanks It's not hard to better your stuff....... Edited December 19, 2012 by Alasdair Ryan Quote

Good too see that you can even improve yourself I like your studded truck a lot, but your second chassis look amazing, whit many futures in it, what kind off truck your build on that one? Alasdair Ryan Posted December 19, 2012 Author Posted December 19, 2012 The studless truck will be based on this with 12 functions. Trekman I think I have edited the pivot point come to think about it,in the latest video the boom should be better pivoted. Quote
TimH Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Looking forward to seeing the finished trucks. The white one looks great so far. Quote
