My name is Runcible Brick, finally signed up after months of lurking. I tumbled out of my dark age about year ago after I saw a picture of the Imperial Shuttle in a Big W catelogue. I mainly collect Star Wars sets but I am also partial to Super Heros, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones and Toy Story 3. The sculptures sets and Modulars are also extremely tempting but I am trying to set my self limits and stick to them these days.

Welcome! I like those themes as well. Unlike you, I have slipped into many themes over the years, but I have kept some limits. For example, I like LEGO Star Wars but I don't quite like the Clone Wars series. I prefer the classic trilogy sets.

I'm glad to see there's some Edward Lear fans around here. I'm also mainly interested in Sw OT sets, but in the recent wave I've found myself being drawn to a lot of SW sets I wouldnt have considered such as the Sith Fury Interceptor and Sas Tins JSF. And now I have those I'm going back and getting older non OT sets like the Republic Frigate, so I agree it's a very slippery slope.
