Dannylonglegs Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 "Do with the Medal as you like, Amma. I am very very good at waiting." Stated the Druid. "You're welcome, Hybros." Quote
Palathadric Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Ehehm, maybe since we are going to the Raging Rapids, you should equip that crown of yours..." I grimace. "Err...not to be in any disagreement at all, but wouldn't it be better to hit the Butterfly Plains first to cut our way to the Sanctuary. Once we're there we can head out into any part of the Fields without worrying about running out of ether, etc." "You may use the armour for the rest of our time here but I have not had the chance to clean it since I last loaned it out." Nur passes the Sealed Heavy Armour of Brilliance(SP:5, Immune: fragile, blinded, sealed effects, Bodywear ) to Monk Pretzel. I nod at Nur and then look at Stigveladi. "I see you have an Aquamarine in your possession. You wouldn't mind hosing this armour off, would you?" Once the deed is done, I fit on the armour. "Monk, do you want your Cloak back already?" "I chuckle. Well, if we go to the Raging Rapids, and you wear that Crown, I think there would be little need for you to wear the Cloak as well, so, yes, if we go to the Raging Rapids, I'll take it back, if not, you may keep it." If we go to the Raging Rapids, I don the Ethereal Cloak. If we go to the Butterfly Plains, I slip into the Soothing Slippers. Jebediahs, would you mind if Pretzel would borrow the Fire Amulet and the Wooden Shield? The Wooden shield just in case we see enemies dealing Wood-elemental strikes and the Fire Amulet should we encounter beasts. Quote
Jebediahs Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 "Holy man, I have a couple more items for you to use during this mission." Nur hands Monk Pretzel the Fire Amulet and Wooden Shield. I wonder how this will effect my garnet summon... "Can't hurt to gain a little favor with whatever god you worship." Quote
Palathadric Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 "Why thank you," I gasp in some surprise. It seems the barbaric sort are more willing to loan out goods than good people. Perhaps it's a trap? For a brief moment I pause to wonder how God could bless someone like him. "What...um...race/species...er...are you?" I query. I equip the Fire Amulet. "Stigveladi, you can keep the Ethereal Cloak." Quote
Palathadric Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 "Not a problem," I reply, inspecting the Dual-Staff. Nice hit there," I mention. It felt good to strike down to opponents in one hit. Somehow made me feel useful. Quote

Palathadric Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 (edited) I Attack Aepyornis B from the Back Row with my Dual Staff. I healed myself to full health before the fight. Palathadric Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 (edited) I don't know if you want to change it as he didn't directly state that he would equip it, but I'm sure Sylph would have equipped Amma's Medal if DLL had known it would be given to him. Also, can we just assume that Sylph targets Silver Carp A with his Spinning Bolas? He last posted here two days ago. Just want to keep this rolling. "Heh! I've seen these creatures before. Erdathcath and I and the peglegged hero slew dozens of them when trying to set a man and his household free of a curse they were under. Nasty pests, but not good enough to stand in our way!" Just in case they want it that way, if DLL or JimB think it more advisable than I target the Silver Carp and Sylph goes for the ostrich, I will do so from the back row with the Dual-Staff as well. Dannylonglegs Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Just in case they want it that way, if DLL or JimB think it more advisable than I target the Silver Carp and Sylph goes for the ostrich, I will do so from the back row with the Dual-Staff as well. Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. Sylph launched the Bolas at the Aepyronis D from the back, hopeful to slow the beast down. "Thanks for the Medal, Amma. I'll equip it when I have a chance." Quote
PsyKater Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Amma casts a Lightning Spell at Aepyornis A Quote
Palathadric Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 I Attack Silver Carp A from the Back Row unless Hybros tells me to target one of the Aepyornis, in which case I'll use the same action on it. I gaze in awe as our little party leader slashes down one of the flightless birds and the great bear with one stab of his sword, while also damaging another one. Scary! is the only thought that comes to mind. I should be at full health as I said, CMP. I heal myself and follow Hybros to the Raging Rapids. Quote
Jebediahs Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 (edited) "It appears being short of stature provides an advantage against these creatures." Nur stands in the back row and uses a remedy when able. EDIT: New action below. Edited October 25, 2013 by Jebediahs Quote
Costy Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 (edited) Nagure repeats his attack. Edited October 25, 2013 by Costy Quote
CMP Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Nagure does nothing from the back row. You get an action this round, just not the next one. Quote
