Palathadric Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 I attack Chesire Cat A From the Front Row with my Dual Staff (Double) How do Skeleton Decoys work for taking damage? Do they take the first twenty damage from free hits or do they protect Avalanche from the free hits against him. I suppose they don't have a place in the battle order or? Battle Order: Romulus: Dryad (Combrys) Pretzel: Chesire Cat A (Dual Staff Double) >Alexander: Bugbear Archer A (Fauxtril Bow) >Avalanche: Viper A (Gladiator Trident) If Avalanche builds the Decoy, swap Pretzel and Alexander in the Battle Order. Quote
JimBee Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 QM Note: Again, Skeleton Decoys are not able to be equipped or are artifacts - they are consumable items. Avalanche can use one this round, and it will absorb up to 20 points of damage from free hits for the entire party. After that, Free Hit damage resumes according to the battle order. Any remaining Free Hit damage is given to the hero first in the battle order. (e.g. 21 damage to the Skeleton: 20 to the Skeleton and 1 damage to the first hero in the battle order). Quote
