kabel Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 (edited) Alright, I was asked to post the builds seperately, so here we go: section 1: "The Commander's House" section 2: "The Stairs to the Wall" section 3: "The Patched Wall (orcs on duty)" section 4: "Thw Wheelwright" all sections combined: Edited August 20, 2012 by kabel Quote
soccerkid6 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Great way to start it off! I like your stair section alot and the wheelwright is a great idea that worked nicely My first section will be up later today or tomorrow Quote
kabel Posted August 20, 2012 Author Posted August 20, 2012 (edited) Thanks for the positive feedback Soccerkid. Seems like your usually the first one to comment on my mocs, thanks for that. BTW, I finally discoverd a store selling used Lego pieces in my city. So I guess I have to go out and build some more wall sections. I'm actually having a lot of fun with this! Question to the Mods: as how many free builds does this count? 1 or 4? Edited August 20, 2012 by kabel Quote
Mike S Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Looks really good kabel! I like how there is so much going on here. Excellent job! Quote
kabel Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 Thanks Mikel, glad you like it. I'm currently gathering light bley bricks so that I might add even more wall pieces. The more I build the more ideas come to my head. We'll see what else I come up with. Quote
Captain BeerBeard Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 I like about 9/10th of this moc. I personally don't like the studs you left on the walls and black roof. Everything else is really good. The clarity of your photo's is very good. Rarely, I see pics so crystal clear on Eurobricks. Quote
kabel Posted August 27, 2012 Author Posted August 27, 2012 Now that you mention it, I'm seeing these things too. So thanks for pointing them out to me. Quote
Kai NRG Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Great job with your wall Kabel! I especially love the guard house! You might want to consider attaching the ladder to the wall on section three though (not that it looks too bad, just that the poor guy who tries to climb might end up slipping. . . ). Quote
kabel Posted August 28, 2012 Author Posted August 28, 2012 The ladder is there for a reason! C'mmon, it's orcs striving for naturalization, if the enemy doesn't kill them, how else do we get rid of them? Quote
Ecclesiastes Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 All the wall parts put together looks really cool! Especially the back, there's so much going on. And the wood parts on the ground at the Wheelwright is well thought of. Quote
