August 26, 201212 yr Did this while watching Episode 5. Stop making them so quickly , I've only just finished looking at your shuttle . The interlocking method is great, does it close?

August 26, 201212 yr The close up pictures are great, the chamber looks just like in the movie! I do have some doubts about the sturdiness of construction as seen in the behind the scenes picture though...

August 26, 201212 yr Ah, never mind that part of the comment then! I really like how the rest of the chamber turned out, it looks awesome!

August 26, 201212 yr Now why hasn't Lego released this as a set ever eh ? AWESOME digital designing 'Bob De Quatre'.....anyone up for brick building it ? LDD On 'Bob De Quatre' ! Footnote - an actual set requires Vader, Needa as well as Ozzel plus two guards for the bodies to be dragged away.....why two Imperials dying.....remember Ozzel is force choked at a distance and of course....."Apology accepted Captain Needa" !
August 26, 201212 yr This is the best one yet! Cant believe TLG hasn't made this yet Please make the tweaks you mention and send me the file and I'll build this for you!
August 27, 201212 yr Nice one Bob. This is the first time I have seen Darth's chamber/pod made in Lego and you have created the scene well. You have done a great job to make the top and bottom sections interlock even tough you have commented that it dose show a little white when closed. Is a shame you didn't upload a pic of it closed.

Here is the lxf file, updated this morning. This MOC is awesome, but isn't the capsule oversized? It is oversized, but it was difficult being to scale while keeping the overall shape. I'm quite happy how it ended, considering the time I've spent on it. Nice one Bob. This is the first time I have seen Darth's chamber/pod made in Lego and you have created the scene well. August 27, 201212 yr Here is a closed picture, it's not perfect as you can see... Could that be due to LDD, and not the shape or build of the chamber?
August 27, 201212 yr Author Could that be due to LDD, and not the shape or build of the chamber? It's the shape, due to the hinged wedges Edited August 27, 201212 yr by Bob De Quatre
