Folding Collectible Minifigure Boxes

I'd like to fold my Collectible Minifigure boxes flat so they take up less space, but I just can't figure out what combination renders them flat. If anyone knows how to, I'd be very grateful if you could explain it.

1) be VERY careful (I wasn't, hence the damages).

2) take out the inside "ears".

3) Open the bottom.

4) Fold evrything you can safely fold.

By the way, I just noticed the lot number is engraved on the bottom!

What a good thread. I have 3 of these and I was going to throw them away. I guess now I'll just store them with the rest of my boxes.
