Paul Boratko Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 (edited) Yes, but instead of paying your store, the only one on bricklink that has one, 189 dollars, I think I'll order http://www.ebay.com/...vectorid=229466, a new in box 8450 the mission... That is my wife's store.. She has the prices set at what they are because she doesn't want to sell them... It is more to try and promote the model at Cuusoo... Buying new 8450 sets is how she got the flex axles in the first place, so yeah, that is a given that the best way to get them is by buying the entire 8450 set at a cheaper price... Looking at that seller's feedback, they are from South Korea and seem to have had some issues in the past... Personally, I think that car looks better with a White 19L flex axle for the windshield base... I used a black one, but it seemed to lose it's shape... What's funny is just a year ago, I had bought several of these 8450 sets brand new on Ebay for $21.49, $26.00 and $31.00... Edited February 5, 2013 by Paul Boratko Quote

Way to give your input 5 months later. That set probably wasn't on there when Paul made his post back in August and I don't think it was directed towards you anyway. Quote
Paul202 Posted February 5, 2013 Author Posted February 5, 2013 Alot of this discussion is confusing because I don't know if people are talking about me or Crowkillers. In hind site I shoul have just tried to make the model in white, days after I started the topic all the essential parts were gone from Bricklink. Quote
applepi66 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 I've never been a huge fan of Lambos, but man does that black Countach look sharp! I so with I had some money laying around to tinker with those models. It boggles me everyday why LEGO is so stingy with TECHNIC parts. Quote
DrJB Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 ... and all the blue axle pins with gray (which means I lost friction) ... The axle pin with friction does exist in white, and it was in three sets only, but of course large quantities command high prices as well. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=43093&colorID=1&in=A Quote
