Increasingly worried that one of the four books he desired maybe forever lost as a secret door mechanism, Thothwick frantically pulled History of the Dastan Empire.

The book is exactly what the cover says: a long, detailed description of the origins and history of the Dastan Empire. There's pages upon pages of text, with some small paintings of old emperors and other important historical figures breaking up the monotony. Just holding the brick of a book makes Thothwick's arms sore.

Five books are left on the shelf.

Benji pulls out the book "How To Train Your Dragon".

As Benji pulls the book, something clicks and the whole bookshelf moves to the side, opening a way into a dark corridor. When Benji opens the book out of curiosity, he finds it blank aside from a phrase written with red ink on the first page: "LEARN FOR YOURSELF!"

"This is it: the way where Shaun always comes out." Sküld shouts Shaun's name into the corridor, but only her echo replies. "Come on, let's not waste anymore time! But... uhh, someone else go in first, okay?"

Thothwick nods politely to Skuld in recognition of being healed, and grabbed the Dastanese-Charish-Dastanese Dictionary and Lord of the Wing for himself, knowing they are safe from traps.

Thothwick snatches the rest of the books to his satchel. He leafs them through as the party moves on: the other is just a dictionary as the cover says, but the other is an epic tale of a halfling who wanders into the land of the dragons and becomes the first Dragon Knight.

Not wanting to dawdle at the dusty basement any longer, the party moves into the corridor. They soon come to a flight of stairs that leads down, and after descending them they find themselves in a catacomb with tombs on both sides. The most elaborate one reads:

Awestruck about their finding, the party walks on in silence. Another staircase leads them down to a winding corridor, which at one point forks into two. A faint breeze of fresh air comes from the left, while from the right the party can hear a low murmur.
