Good Cragger Fan Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 (edited) actually garmatron is the bog tank thingy You signed up just to comment on a post from September that was already proven wrong?... Actually, "The Lego Nolan" is right about that, because Garmatron is the super weapon (which is a type of tank) in which Lord Garmadon uses to fire the Dark Matter into Ninjago to spread evil all throughout Ninjago, and Lord Garmadon, at least in the Temple of Light set, is the form of Lord Garmadon who is actually possesed by the Overload (who will turn into an evil, black dragon when he is fully transformed there, in the last episode of Season 2 of the TV series). [i watch the TV show quite closely there and even own the plot episodes DVD and the Season 1 DVD box set of the TV show (and plan to get season 2 very soon from now!).] Edited April 24, 2013 by Good Cragger Fan Quote
Tobias_Jay Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 Yes but we already know that. The fact he / she responded to a comment posted about 7 months ago is where the confusion rises. Quote
DraikNova Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 A lot of people don't read further than the first post. I suppose it makes more sense than reading 36 pages of text. Quote

PenPlays Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 It seems as though "Penkid11" doesn't already know that. Actually, I saw that very post about preliminary Ninjago info the day it was first posted. It was actually one of the few posts on this thread that I clearly remember (because it was exciting!). No winky-emote will keep me from defending that. Quote
Devorath Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Ok, let's all calm down and get back on topic. For those who have bought it, does the Warrior Bike have suspension like the Atlantis trike? Because that would force me to buy it. I love Lego action theme cars with suspension. Quote
Kai NRG Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Ok, let's all calm down and get back on topic. For those who have bought it, does the Warrior Bike have suspension like the Atlantis trike? Because that would force me to buy it. I love Lego action theme cars with suspension. No suspension. In fact, I didn't like the set at all (my brother has it), but he loves it so I guess it's just a matter of taste! Quote
Tobias_Jay Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Unfortunately, no, it does not have proper suspension. I say "proper" meaning it does go down but it is a very small amount and was probably not an intended feature. Quote
DraikNova Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 With a bit of simple modding (about six pieces) you can give it some reasonable suspension, though. And the function works reasonably well. Quote
TheRedGuy Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 Bought Garmatron. It looks amazing and Kozu is badass, but... Is he supposed to have cheek bones? If he isn't supposed to, that must be the best misprint I've ever got... Quote

DraikNova Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 (edited) Yup, mine looks like that too. Edited May 3, 2013 by DraikNova Quote
TheRedGuy Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 So it's intentional. Strange that a stone warrior would have cheek bones, but mkay. Quote
Aanchir Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 So it's intentional. Strange that a stone warrior would have cheek bones, but mkay. It's not that strange. A real-life stone sculpture would often try to be as lifelike as possible, after all. Quote
horizon Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Son got the Temple of Light (only the bike to go from the last wave). And while the Temple might be small, it is neat executed and looks cozy when closed. The robot is really good. Friggin sturdy! Compared to the Samurai Mech so much more playable. Quote
PenPlays Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Although much more of a status update: I finished the 2013 wave of Ninjago! It appears that Lego decided to continue manufacturing the battlepack. Quote
CM4Sci Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 A bit of an odd question: Can someone link me to the site where we first got pictures? It was some Czech thing, but I can't seem to find it. It was around pages 7-10, and I never saw a link, just people immediately talking about the pictures. Thanks. -Sci Quote

Mesonak Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 I remember the site quite well, since I'm the one that initially tracked it down (though I didn't post here, for some reason; probably too busy alerting everyone to the Hero Factory sets ). It's right here. Quote
Aanchir Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 (edited) Holy Ninjago site update, Batman! It loads very slowly on my computer so I'm not sure if it might be a bit buggy, and I'm incredibly disappointed that it no longer has a detailed characters page (at least, not linked from anywhere, though surprisingly it finally has a Pythor page) or really anywhere to get awesome downloads like posters and wallpapers. But hopefully additional content is still in the pipeline. EDIT: Pythor's CGI animation wouldn't load on my computer on the site itself, but here's a direct link to the flash file. And here's a direct link to his character portrait. Shame there's no poster-sized version of his awesome character art. Edited May 21, 2013 by Aanchir Quote
DraikNova Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 That's one massive update. Too bad that the "TV episodes" section just features recaps, not the actual episodes. Quote
CM4Sci Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 That Pythor has the Fangpyre torso and tail. -Sci That Pythor has the Fangpyre torso and tail. I don't get how you can mess that up. -Sci Quote
Tobias_Jay Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 What I was hoping for in this update was not delivered. The card and weapon dictionary are STILL out of date and there are no bios for the Stone Army OR an updated Lloyd bio. A bit underwhelming if you ask me Quote
DraikNova Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 So Pythor cannibalized his entire clan That was hinted right at his introduction. Quote
