Well, since the majority of the population celebrating Christmas probably have already torn open their gifts, I think it's time to share what we got this year! ;-)

Personally, I got:

Exo-force Striking Venom

Bionicle Axonn and Brutaka

Bionicle Zaktan and Matoro

Bionicle Garan and Balta

Bionicle Zamor Spheres

Chess 3-D computer game

Bionicle Legends books 3 and 5

Misc. stocking gifts (candy, pencils, etc.)

$35 cash (from grandparrents)

My family also got a couple of gifts to share:

Anime series on DVD, The Last Exile (from uncle who's currently in Afganistan)

Imagineit board game

Starwars complete movie collection (all episodes) with bonus features cd

This was a really great Christmas. :-)

Yay! This Christmas this year was very good. I was baffled and clueless of what I was gonna get. So, without a further a do, here is my booty ;-) .

Lego Star Wars Jabba Sail Barge!!

A Fly-fishing rod.

And a whole LOT of lures and such!

Also...100 euros from my grandparents 3000 miles away, awww, I wuv them.

7898 - Big freight train

we have had fun building & playing with that one (even though One of the parts is mis moulded - they are getting sloppy arn't they and on such a high price set)

7239 - City fire truck - but as this is a double, I may let him swap it for another set from my unopened stash

8360 - small pull back & go racer

and

Jofette got 4756 - shrieking shack

And the kids got me 4 small storage boxes for sorting my lego

I got a lot of DVDs I set onto my wishlist (e.g. POTC - Dead man's chest, Elizabethtown, Star Wars Ep 4-6 with digitally and original version)

I got a little Lego set (7654 - Droids Battle Pack) and two Megablok sets from the POTC theme... I know... Megabloks... but its not that bad as I thought. Got the 1017 - Black Pearl and the 1012 - Davy Jones!

From my brother I got a new mouse for my PC because my old one is just bad and from my parents I got a MP3-Player and money.

From my grandparents money and sweets...

And I had an advent calendar, Apo made for me, including 8779 - Grand Tounament!

i get the same... but its for the best. if my family tried to get me LEGOs nowadays, id probably end up with something like 4+ juniors :-D

i got money from my parents as i am 27 and they kind of refuse to buy me any lego them selfs (thow they are ok with my hobby)

my family puts stuff under the tree for new-years..

thats how we've always done it

its kind of an orthodox tradition i guess

Well thanks to the fact that lego cant seem to get sets out over here in time for xmas i didnt get any, however like jipay i got plenty of cash that will serve me well during the sales :-)

The Christmas train was a huge hit. Kudos for Lego for putting this set together. I will not be surprised to find out that this ends up their most successful train release in a long time, maybe ever.

i got the sail barge 6210 *wub* and a lego mindstorms robocup rescue map and $60 cash,lego star wars 1 on pc.+ a few lollies and chocalate. ;-)

I bought a 6987 for xmas for myself :).

Other then that - all sorts of stuff:

A knitted jersey, wooden chopping board, wasgij puzzle, rice rissotto cookbook, a painting, some garden tools, solar garden lights, feijoa trees - and monies - which will be used to finance further lego.

You see, I can really cannot complain, Dana and my family were SO generous to me!!! *wub* *wub* *wub* It will probably be really hard for Christmas 2007 to get better than this christmas since it was almost perfect! *sweet* *sweet* *sweet*

I pretty much only get clothes for Christmas.

I get all the good stuff for Chanukah. Between me and my younger brother we got the 2006 Advent Calendar ( X-D ), the new Police Station, Arkham, City crane, Police Boat, 2 X-pods and one of these;

you are right! i mean if i calculate the prices of these sets i dont get how much money people have!

it just seems a bit over the top to me...

even when i was a kid i got ONE lego set (and clothes and money)

but some of you got like 5 sets!

thats just spoilling your kid i guess... :-/

yes, i aggree.however, it may depend where you live.eg in New Zealand the average pay is $15,000nzd a year.and in usa, the average pay is still $15,000 but in us dollars.and since lego is cheaper in the states.they will probably get more lego for christmas.see what i'm getting at here *y*
