Cwetqo Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 I really didn't like this new house. Its got some useful dark blue roof bricks, but that's all. Its small (even smaller than last 2h2012 beach house) simple rectanugalar house, similar to B (or even C) models of previous houses. I dont know the price, but I suspect it to be 29,99 eur. Its of course just my personal taste, but as owner of all previous cretor house I just dotn see it as being up to standard set with those houses. Its good that we should get much better house in 2h2013. Quote
Ondra Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Will we get some big creator car in 2H? Quote
cgarison Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Sweet! I'm excited for the Eagle and the red house (because it's got a dark blue roof ). I am having flashbacks to the red buildings with a blue roof that filled the LegoLand Idea Book 6000 in 1980. http://www.peeron.com/scans/6000-1/5 Am I showing my age a "wee bit?" Quote
SirBlake Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 2 cars? That's awesome. Can't wait to see pics. Looking forward to that white sports car especially. Quote
harakiri Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Sattelschlepper stands for something like this: http://www.olafs-fotoseite.de/0606033.html (just a random Example) Not so much different from this years truck. A brownish eagle ... nice Also a white car and a green robot. At least it seems we could get some nice colors Quote
Kai NRG Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 The eagle sounds interesting and the red house might be cool as well! Quote
cimddwc Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I am having flashbacks to the red buildings with a blue roof that filled the LegoLand Idea Book 6000 in 1980. ...which were probably there because of set 376 from 1978: Which was an odd color combination even in those days. :) Quote

Wout Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 @ Gnac: They are just normal box sets. and they 2 little ones are in the special plastic cans. @ Kai NRG: As far as I know everyset is 3 in 1 I liked the blue roofs very much, although it is not very usual, maybe they had in Denmark some bluish roofs? They had also not very much colours at that time, that's why the faces of the normal minifig is yellow. Quote

I'm not going to pass judgement until we can gets some pictures that show off any details or play features. The new robot sets sounds interesting. The word "power" in its name could mean it will use a winch brick to add some power functions. I really hope the eagle is at least a medium size set or larger. The saddle tractor sounds like a great idea. The farming sub-theme hasn't be active in a long time and would be a good source of inspiration for new Creator models. Sports cars and jets are nice but variety is always appreciated. Quote

I saw the pictures today, but I did not take much in, the house was very small and square with a red roof if I remember correction, nothing special that jumped out. Definately smaller than the log cabin or the beach hut of previous years I'm sure there was a yellow truck with a excavator on the trailer, but again this was a small set, maybe 4 or 6 studs wide. just2good Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 The House looks very colorful and basic, but I'll still pick it up. I want a neighborhood of Creator houses. I hope it's $25-$30. Quote
Rocketbilly Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 I really like that robot. Great design, great colours and what appears to be decent articulation too - and the fact that its other builds are vehicles, combined with the headlights and windscreen on the chest (and even the "mouth guard" on its face) hint to me that this is some kind of transformer. Perhaps LEGO Is trying to show Kreo how it's done? Quote
Ondra Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 Very strong first half for creator!Too many high quality sets can not be viewed every day,I´m liking every sets especially white sportscar, eagle, and jeep in robot set. Rufus Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 Thanks for the pictures! I love the brown bird. Nice to see some unusual theme colours for CREATOR. Looks like a new part for the white car roof??? I'll update the first post very shortly. Quote

Perhaps LEGO Is trying to show Kreo how it's done? Haha you beat me to it. Saw the pics over at brickset, grinned and thought "ok, now they're just making fun of hasbro's sorry butts." Still, it's a transformer that doesn't transform - if they were "showing how it's done" that would be rectified Quote
