I don't know how to post images, but Commander Cody and Star Corps Trooper (Commander Cody in the video game.)

Both of which I have.

Probably one I desperately want, but don't have: the gold-chromed version of Threepio. :cry_happy::cry_sad:

Threepio is actually probably my favorite character - not the "baddest" or coolest or whatever, but he's so relatable (at least to me), and I've just always enjoyed the character. Aside from that, he's very visually interesting which is important when it comes to the appeal of a toy version, and of course the chromed version is the one that best represents his ideal state, the way he'd like to be seen and thought of. Of course it figures that this version would be available only as a limited-production, randomly-distributed thing I can't have, and which they apparently don't even intend to produce again as a regular part of some set, though it certainly ought to be.

I'm so constantly frustrated by my inability to get all the Star Wars LEGO sets I want, and while I'm lucky enough to actually have quite a bit there's still a ton of stuff I don't own, and of all the many LEGO Star Wars things I've been unable to get, this minifigure is one of the top two I most regret not having (the other being the UCS Millennium Falcon.

Though I imagine TLG doesn't intend to produce a chromed Threepio minifigure again (partly because of the cost, and now also partly because the 2007 one was presented as something unique), I really hope they do. If they're concerned about diminishing the implied status of the original as a limited-production item (something I'd frankly rather not be a consideration anyway, but I'm sure it is one to some people, perhaps including folks in TLG), I'd like to see them get around it by leaving one leg silver.

Ah, well. I still have a few of the 2007 sets unopened in their "anniversary" boxes, which I've held off on opening partly so I can allow myself the fantasy of thinking I might actually have a copy of this figure after all - really unlikely, I know, but as long as I don't specifically know otherwise, it allows me to dream.

Of the figures I do own? A tough call, but possibly non-chromed Threepio, or the latest version of Artoo, or one of a number of other hero characters. Various Lukes and Hans would be candidates, even though most of TLG's official figures of Luke and Han use less-than-ideal hair elements (IMO, anyway). Fortunately I can simply swap out mininifigure wigs; I think the newish male parted hair element rolled out in 2008 for Mutt Williams actually works better for his dad Indiana Jones, as well as Indy's doppelganger from a longago faraway galaxy.

Whos your favourite star wars minifigue? My Favourites Grand Moff Tarkin. Whos yours?

Hi

Yes, Tarkin is very nice, I like clone wars' Obi Wan very much as well! Ofcourse Vader is so classic, so that's brilliant too :classic:

Captain Rex all the way! Favorite fig by far from Lego even though I have a different kama and rangefinder for mine :cry_happy:

Boba Fett is my favourite SW character but for some reason my favourite minifig is the imperial scout troopers especially a kashyyyk variation. Hopefully i will be gaining one of these some time soon.

Boba Fett probably, I bricklinked him recenly as my origonal one was in bad condidtion. The only gripe is the non-turnable helmet and having to use a black head. The bespin one is even more epic!

I think the old one is better than the 2010 remake.

I would say my favorite(s) are Darth Vader, Chewbacca, both new and old Boba Fetts, Jango, and Ep. 2 Clones.

As I'm sure many of you are aware, Lego has made many, many Jedi from 1999 onwards and are sure to continue, but we rarely stop to think, "Hey, I think I'll give whatsisname a special case cos he's my favourite Lego Jedi in the whole wide world!" because, other than sounding girlish, nobody really gives a crap. Apologies to those who do give a rodent's-behind-faeces.

That's the lowdown, plain and simple. All I ask is that you actaully engage the part of your cerebral cortex that controls your Lego building skills and Jedi mind tricks and get it to tell you what Jedi had your brain most thinking, "I like, I like...." because I feel like I want to know.

Just so you're in the know, my favourite has to be the Obi-Wan from the new Jedi Inerceptor; he was also my favourite Jedi from the film*.

Hope to hear from you's all! Soon.

*I want to know who made the decision to kill Obi-Wan, cos it's reslly pointless for him to die; he just comes back as a ghost at convienient times for the writers and for Luke. Rant.

This topic seems to have popped up out of nowhere, but I like it!

Before I continue, I would like to suggest this be turned into a poll (although there have been so many LEGO Jedi, it may be ridiculously long).

Anyway, I am going to go at this question in two different ways: 1. Best Jedi due to excellent design and resemblance to source material, and 2. Best Jedi due to personal opinion.

My favourite Jedi based on design would have to be the new Anakin from the Palpatine's Arrest (this fig goes hand in hand with the Starfighter version as well). As for a Sith, I would say the new Malgus. Just outstanding work by LEGO.

My favourite Jedi based on personal opinion would be Qui-Gon from last years Sith Infiltrator. Qui-Gon has always been my favourite Jedi, and LEGO finally did him justice last year. My personal favourite Sith would probably end up being Malgus again. He just looks so damn awesome, and he seems like a really epic character.

Mine would have to be either new Saesee Tiin or Agen Kolar. I would pick Shaak Ti, but I really like non CW faces much better.

If they made a non CW Shaak Ti that would be a win.

I'd have to say it's all of the Jedi appearing in sets sold from about 2010 till now. I love all the recent minifig designs like Anakin, Obi-Wan, Luke, and Mace Windu and molds like Shaak Ti and Plo Koon.

Even though he has nothing to do with the OT, I love the Garen Malek figure with his bandaged torso (especially after this video

). I also love the Luke Skywalker fig that came with the 2011 Millenium Falcon--great face and hair piece.

Darth Maul ofcourse, he's simple the coolest sith of all. Although, I usually prefer my made-up characters.

1) Plo Koon

2) 2012 Anikan

3) Darth Vader

4) ROTJ Luke (i always make him fleshy)

my favorite that i try to keep together and on one of the mini fig plates

Darth Malgus would have to be my number one. Can't wait to get me one, because the character from the game trailers makes quite an impression and the minifig is beyond awesome!

Count Dooku would have to be my second choice. I know he isn't the most likeable character and the name is rather lame, but i do like the appearance of his minifig. The nice curved lightsaber hilt and classy outfit make him look almost regal.

Hmmm, i do seem to like the Sith characters a lot. Not to go all dark side on you, i think at this moment Qui-Gon takes first place among the Jedi in my collection. I do like the latest Anakin from the Jedi Starfighter, but i'm less fond of his evil faces (accurate though it may be).

I agree with some of the comments above, the new Anakin from Palpatine's Arrest is really nice. Good detailing and nice to have non Clone Wars faces for a PT range set
