Someone on FBTB pointed out that the figure in the 7664 is a black stormtrooper, not a TIE pilot. If you look carefully the head has white printing and the body design is different.

btw The Riddler/Bain sets looks great, and the Lighthouse is ok in Spongebob

Is it just me or it there another new SW set at the very front the TIE CRawler of the picture? I don't recognize that from any of the sets we've seen.

Hmmm a black stormtrooper, thats a nice touch. Im not to familier with what the tie crawler pilot looks like so i take it that its a black trooper.

I love the MTT more than the first few pics. The TIE crawler? Beautiful! Looks like a nice way to get treads too, though I thought the TIE crawler was EU...does that mean EU vehicles are fair game and will be made now?! 8-

The Tie Crawler is indeed a EU vehicle, its not the first EU set but its sure a welcome one.

As you point out SW4J the treads are great to see once again and should help those who want them get them other than by paying those silly BL prices.

Ah, thanks TT, I completely forgot about that. As for the Black Stormtrooper, the closest this comes to as faras I know is the Blacktrooper project, which was black ST-shaped droids

Wow, HJR, you have just mad my day. I never heard of a tie crawler before and it looks kind silly. The spongebob sets look good ( :-$ ) and the castle woman is beautiful! A new beatiful dress, hair piece, and very udefull scared face!! *wub*

The Batman looks great too but I thought the base was bigger. :'-( There's got to be more somewhere. And no Scarecrow bat-chopper set pics?

Yep, Spongebot is from the time Mister Krabs accidentally lost Spongebob to Plankton after wagering our yellow friend in a foolish bet. The antenna Spongebob is when Patrick came up with the idea of sticking a walkie-talkie in Spongebob's head so Spongy could cheat on his driving test. It worked like a charm until Spongebob realized it was cheating. It pretty well much went downhill from there.

Anyhow, WOW! The TIE crawler is real? I thought it was a fanmade design. Well, this is most interesting! They did a really good job at the treads and the body overall. I'm kind of curious as to how the wheels hang onto the main body though. Seems like it's just a cone! Hope there's some sort of technic rod to hold that together.

Wow with all this SB and Batman talk i thought i was in the wrong thread their for awhile, anyway the Tie Crawler looks really good and its nice to see lego dipping their hand into the EU.

Ive always liked the look of the crawler since i first saw it in the Dark Empire comic so to say im happy would be a massive undersatement, toss in the black trooper and i cant wait. :-)

WOW!! The TIE Crawler is amazing! More amazing is the possibility of most of the 3-5 additional '07 sets being EU along with the Hoth base. (possibly an Outrider?) I have waited for LEGO to reopen the EU door since the TIE Collection. I think the trooper with the Crawler is supposed to be a Phase II Dark Trooper.

The MTT looks very nice in this pic, and the area for the little speeder in the tail is neat. However, I wonder where they will put the destroyer droid?

Now I must know what the cut-off set in the Crawler pic is!!
