casewindu Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 With all their kooky promotions lately, I'm surprised they haven't hidden a fourth "mystery" fig behind that 30th Anniversary part :-| you may be on to something there. If you look the 30th anniversary box is exactly the same size as the fig boxes plus there is also some writing on the sides of 30th anniversary! 8- Quote
aayla-secura Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Maybe but i dont think so! That would be too cheAp! A friend has this back already .... no surprises! Quote
dr01d3k4 Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 it might be a random figure. what there probably be in the factory where these where made is a big crate of random star wars figures and the people the make the magnet set will just pick one without looking and put it in the magnet set. hopefully, if that is right, i get a ewok, leia, han or C3P0 as i don't have any of them! aayla-secura Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 oh oh one moment i think i heared something false! Is that RIGHT that lego will put AnY FIGURES in SETS?? Or only special FIGURES? Quote
Vader Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Guys i think its highly unlikely that lego would include a mystery fig in these packs, Also if they did they would more than likely have 'mystery fig plastered all over the packaging. Quote

Exactly...I didn't think people would take my sarcasm seriously :-P I guess I have to watch what I say a little better Quote

Starwars4J Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 I believe it was mentioned that they will only be included in four of the sets... MTT, N1, Sith Infiltrator, and JSF w/ ring Quote

Starwars4J Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 I didn't know the Nubians had such advanced technology :-P Yes, it's the Naboo Fighter Quote
Vader Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 I wonder what the ratio of c3p0's found in the bigger sets will be :-/ Quote
Scouty Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 I'd say a 1:10,000th chance :-P . It will be really interesting if anyone here on EB finds one. I hope a picture of the Hoth Set will come soon... Quote
natelite Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 WOW!! That second magnet pack is going to be a awesome seller! *wub* hmm, not so sure about that. the magnet sets are usually very expensive. i much rather get the battle packs for the guns or mfs. clone bp for eg, has 4 clones and 4 guns. the magnet only has 3 guns and 3 mfs. I hope a picture of the Hoth Set will come soon... What i mean is i would bet that most c3p0's will be found in the bigger sets rather than the smaller ones, which if true will totally suck. >:-( Quote

Zaktan of the Shadows Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 So, tohse are the only sets it will be in? -ZotS Quote
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Why must Lego put them in the more expensive sets? -ZotS Quote
oo7 Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 Why must Lego put them in the more expensive sets?-ZotS Errr......the cheapest sets that have yet to be released are all on that list. The Crawler and Hoth (which might come out as an exclusive later) will be the same price as the JSF (50 USD) and the Cruiser should be a good bit more. Quote
Starwars4J Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 Well theoretically less of the larger sets are made, so if they distribute them by set number (an equal amount for each set type), we'd have a better chance with the larger ones... Of course if they meant random as in COMPLETELY random...then I guarantee you they're all in the MTT and MF :-| Quote
MShiels Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 For sure, anything beyond the MTT, JSF/ring, and naboo fighter sets, are LEGO exclusives, but may also appear at Target/TRU (at least in USA) since quite often they are not 100% exclusive, the other 2 chains seem good a twisting LEGO's arm into a getting access to some of them. Starwars4J Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 tie crawler isn't on that list We know, he was saying it's an expensive set and it won't be part of the 3PO promotion, showing that they don't just put them in the most expensive sets ;-) Quote

How comes the poster at the toy fair said "7654 & 7655 not included" that would indicate that the other sets 7656, 7657, 7658 and 7659 are also included in the promotion. Quote
