Gronk is cleared to play, hopefully he's actually in this week...

That's good news for him! And for me! - he's in my Fantasy team (FC Eurotrash United).

My opponent this week in my Yahoo league has Gronk. :(

I like this topic....

I'm more into college football.

Roll tide Roll!

Undefeated this year so far !

My 2 teams are Michigan and LSU; chances are it'll be Alabama-Oregon this year in the Championship game, barring an Ohio State surge. And overall, college is better than the NFL; the games are more exciting, it feels like there's a lot more team spirit even though you're watching on TV, and it just seems better watching football on Saturdays.

Woo-hoo! Giants finally win a game!!! Okay, so it was against the equally lousy Vikings, but hey, a win is a win! And best of all, despite his receivers' best efforts, Manning finally had a game with 0 int's! Though it would be nice if his receivers could learn to actually catch...

Josh Freeman is so bad...

Also I'd really like to know why the Vikings only ran the ball 14 times; that definitely would've gained them more yards than Freeman's over- and under-thrown passes.

I wasn't expecting him to play that poorly...it's a shame, really, after that win streak he had a couple of years ago. How on earth does that happen?

By starting for a team 12 days after you've been traded to them and basically having no time to learn the new offense; we'll probably see a more accurate or hopefully improved performance next week, since apparently Minnesota wants him to start again.

^ Yeah, can't argue with that. I'm thinking after his contract is up this year he'll try to hit up Jacksonville and win the starting job, though I doubt it; they're almost going definitely going to get Teddy Bridgewater, so Freeman's gonna be relegated to backup in some random place.

Also, I can't stop laughing at the sounds Stafford is making on that last play.

After seeing the game, Gronk looks much better, also my wishes go out to the coaches of the Broncos and Texans. And huge come back for Seattle in OT.

Don't have cable and Internet's been conked out for the past 2 days so I missed the Stanford-Oregon game.

EDIT: Sorry, grammar mistake.

Is anyone else excited for the Chiefs-Broncos matchup this Sunday night? I may be a bit biased as a Chiefs fan, but win or lose I think it'll be an amazing game.

Fer shure! I've been following the Chiefs since I landed in the US in 2000 as my local team, but (and perversely) have won much beer betting against them in recent years. They were due a season over 500, but even with their relatively easy schedule I didn't expect them to be this successful. I think Sunday's game will be key (and I've got another six-pack bet against them winning the double against the Donkeys).

Go Chiefs!

Yeah it promises to be a good game. Followed after the Patriots play the Panthers on Monday, the play the Broncos next week! Two good games for me too.

I'm honestly a little bit nervous about the pats this week. That front seven is very scary to me with the pats shaky o-line this year.

Thoughts on how far the Panthers will advance in the playoffs?

In other news, last night's game was very enjoyable.

If they play like night that defense could carry them a long way!

Vikings fan here- at least we're not Jacksonville

There's also the reigning MVP, whom some Minneapolis columnist back in October said should be traded for draft picks in order to rebuild for the future.

Lolololol.
