Mencot Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Whoa, very nice diodrama. 2 Joust set, so jealous about that :D I like it a lot that you have made 3 knights tents and made a new blue one for the falcon knight and use the green for the dragon knight, like it should be. The castle and the moat has alot of detail, have to say of all the stuff in your moc, this is my favorite part. Awesome creation, thanks for sharing Quote
Niku Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 This is a great creation, I love the way all the builds integrate so well on the display. Well done. Quote
Redhead1982 Posted October 23, 2012 Author Posted October 23, 2012 The funny thing is that our first idea was based on combining these three sets (Kingdoms Joust, MMV and Mill Village Raid). But somehow as the gatehouse was combined on a baseplates with some land and extended walls, it all got too small. We were limited to the size of 3x5 baseplates (32x32 studs), so the other too sets were left on the side. I preferred to show something original. Great work. If you're going to expand on it in the future, it would be nice if you could add the Medieval Market Village and the Mill Village Raid to the set. Quote
Hive Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 I'm not the biggest fan of the Joust set, but as part of something larger like in this moc, I really appreciate it. Looks great, and must have been fun to create two people together. Also, I really like the sand green for the small house. Quote
Hun Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Great work on incorporating the Joust set into a massive MOC. My favourite detail by far is the greenery surrounding the tents in that corner of the castle walls. It looks so natural it's beyond cool! Quote
Starykon Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 It's beautiful! I'm making something similar, 4x9 baseplates (32x32), but I never thought to put in so much detail! The color variation is amazing, the water, and the grass/plants. I can tell it took a lot of thought and work. Well done! Quote
Alcarin Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 my fellow Slovenians made a perfect MOC... truly astonishing details... too bad I missed it. Loving the pictures. Quote
Singularitie Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I really like how you blended a Lego set into a MOC! Awesome! As someone else mentioned a market would be cool Quote
Knave Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 Love this! I am keen to know how your drawbridge mechanism works by the way. Double chain is a must but would love to see how it works. Fantastic details and it is great to see a Double Joust setup in a high quality build like this. Quote
Mr. Cube Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 (edited) This is very beautiful MOC. If I was a kid, I would love that! (and dreaming about getting this for x-mas). Edited December 23, 2013 by Mr. Cube Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 Very great work! It is amazing to see the results of two jousts sets! Quote
