My girlfriend wants buy lego for me for Christmas and I can not decide which one. In our toy store , there are these older sets : 8465 , 8265 , 8289 , 8283 , 8284 , 8052 and 8109.

Which set would you choose and why ?

Well, for interesting parts and functions, I would definately go for the 8265 Front Loader. Also, the Flatbed Truck has some nice functions, as well as Power Functions

I agree with 8265. Its great set, on par with flagships, except that it dont have power functions included.

8284 is also great set, nice looknig and big, but with not that many functions.

8109 is most modern and has clever functionality, but I think is most expensive of all offered here and not big enoug for 100 eur set.
