L-space Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 (edited) For my PADI Divemaster course I had to make an under water map. So I did it in the good old Diver style. UW-map 1 by L-space, on Flickr All foreign objects have been placed at their relative position. The steps make it deeper by 1 meter at a time. It represents part of the Nionplas or de Zandput near Raamsdonksveer, NLD. Edited October 21, 2012 by L-space Quote
Garyn Dakari Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Cool! Only suggestion I'd have really would be to perhaps have the grassy part a wee bit higher - Although you may not have the pieces for that, so it may be out of the question :P I also like the new Diver hiding there in the background - Nice Easter Egg =) Quote
DraikNova Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Great, but the steps seem a little too close together for each one to represent one meter. Quote
L-space Posted October 22, 2012 Author Posted October 22, 2012 Thanks for the comments. Great, but the steps seem a little too close together for each one to represent one meter. It is hard to fit it all on to a 32x32 baseplate. And the map has to be functionable so some graphic representation is allowed. Quote
Kai NRG Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 That looks great, love all the divers! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Very neat scene! The diver's poses make them look like they're really swimming Quote
