The sorrowful beast proves to be the heroes' greatest foe yet, striking down the party with ease. Alexandre rushes Perfect regret, but his assault slows then stops as he draws closer and closer. The beast's eyes mesmerize the paladin, the arcane Progg crushing Alexandre's mind without a word. A ghsotly Puppet String descends from thin air and coils itself around the bewitched paladin, the hero completely hexed by his new lord. Alexandre turns around, sword at ready and a vacant purple glow in his eyes. The rest of the round fares no better - the heroes do manage to inflict some damage, but The Regret's bolstered claw proves to be an issue. With a devestating haymaker it knocks Romulus unconcious in a single strike, the lycanthrope's unconscious body skidding across the slick roof.
