JeagerEX Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 (edited) Anyways are they afraid to have any LEGO store in places that is closer to Military Bases? I don't know, due to non-violence policy LEGO cannot make any military sets. Because I live in Lancaster, CA and the entire Antelope Valley is close to Edwards Air Force Base. Fugazi Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 I doubt that such a policy exists. While LEGO won't release realistic military sets, I don't see why they would be adverse to military personnel buying their products. If there's no brand store in your area, it's more likely due to there being no strong business case for that (yet). Quote
MikeyB Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 I know they sell lego at the Post Exchange on base so I would say no Lego store in your area is more of a business decision than a political one. Quote
mostlytechnic Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Considering there's only 64 Lego retail stores in the whole US, and plenty of other places that carry it (Target, Walmart, Amazon, ToysRUs, etc) I don't think it has anything to do with military base locations. Quote
