Quick question - Do we have to enter both parts I and II to have a chance to get to part 3?

Since I'm West Coast time the 'somewhere on...' may be while I'm still taxiing the kids around all their Saturday events.

The last time, many people can't reach for phase 1... and still has chance

see:

I had a talk about this with other crewmembers and it's okay to participate in round 2.

The rules don't state otherwise, and I think it's quite fair since you've also decreased your chance of winning.

maybe the same rule applies!

And I think we'll use New Zealand time zone (that's GMT + 12 I believe).

OK. I'm GMT +8 so that is great, gives me all evening tomorrow to finish up. Thanks for clarifying.

what i dont get is, New Zealand is ahead by 12 hours (compared to my timezone) That means, deadline expired 3 and a half hours ago,

Should't we chose a timezone thats behind 12 hours insted??

I think that would be International Date Line West which is GMT-12.

Yes, 3rd of february. GMT-10 but I'm not really going to be that precise. Just somewhere around that time.

Preferably earlier if you want to make sure. I'm not going to sit behind my computer watching the clock.

I'm not going to sit behind my computer watching the clock.

  watching the clock all day long.... with the finger in the mouse.... just waiting and waiting... with your eyeballs dry because you are incapable to blink... just to make everyone here happy with a deadline time!

The time is VERY confusing for me because sometimes EB says that someone posted something at 11pm when it's only 10pm.

That's because you are in England which has the best timezone in the world! Wait, isn't Portugal in the same timezone too? No one follows the Greenwich time anymore… EB uses the CET (Central-European-Time) which is the most used in the countries in UE… (for some reason the site is called EURObricks :classic: )
