In the delta of the Khos river stands Zuriel Castle, which guards the mouth of the river that brings life to the heart of the deserts of Loreos.

Having successfully withstood all attacks launched against it by formidable foes, it stands as a bulwark against the enemies of the Desert Prince.

For the Glory of Loreos!

Well, this was certainly a stretch to say the least. The irregular rockwork was pretty challenging, but building a castle on top of irregular rockwork was very difficult.

Thankfully it all came together nicely, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.

This is my first entry to the Tudor Castle category of the CCCX

Thanks for viewing, and have a great day!! :classic:

Awesome build Mark, I did see this on Flickr yesterday but didn´t have time to comment on it, so here goes.

Again amazing detail on the terrain, but you are the terrain and cliff master :P and watermaster :D

Great roofdesign on the castle, I too wonder is it reddishbrown bricks?

Overall a very great job.

I like what you did there. And there and there and there! Very nice to see the creativity on the textures here, and great colour and technique.

This is a beautiful MOC with some brilliant techniques! I love the lower walls, the tan panelling, and the water/rocks. The roofing is also well done, as are the palm trees and the foliage. This is superb! You should consider building for Kaliphlin in the Guilds of Historica.
