TheLegoDr Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Those are really neat robots for sure. I especially love the middle-right 3. If you don't mind my asking, where are some of these pieces from? I can recognize some of the torsos, but not so much the heads or pants. And where is the stove-pipe hat from? Brilliant work. Quote
SirBlake Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 These are really fun! I'd love to see another set including the sheriff, his deputy and some townsfolk that make up the rest of his posse. (the Doc, the saloon owner, the banker, etc.) Though it's a small detail, I love the "shoes" on Mr Tibbs. That adds a lot to the character. It would be a great addition to an eventual Sauron fig for LotR. Quote
JimBee Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 Really awesome minifigs, and interesting fusion of genres here. I love the middle one, who I can only assume is the robotized Butch Cassidy; great use of the Iron Man mask. Keep up the good work. Quote
Hammerstein NWC Posted December 1, 2012 Author Posted December 1, 2012 Thanks All! These are really fun! I'd love to see another set including the sheriff, his deputy and some townsfolk that make up the rest of his posse. (the Doc, the saloon owner, the banker, etc.) I've already done it! I've built and photoed New Texas Ranger, Annie Oakley's (Sheriff), Drifter, Tonto Jo & Aurum Prospector. Uploading them tomoro hopefully! :D The custom parts are from Brickwarriors, brick forge, brick arms and Sidan. The "Stovepipe Hat" Is a custom from V&A Steamworks. Quote
Laura Beinbrech Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Really nice custom minifigs, and very clever names... I actually laughed at the "Sun Systems Kid": I mean c'mon! Sun isn't THAT bad as far as software development companies are concerned. Quote
Hammerstein NWC Posted December 2, 2012 Author Posted December 2, 2012 Thanks Eric! Really nice custom minifigs, and very clever names... I actually laughed at the "Sun Systems Kid": I mean c'mon! Sun isn't THAT bad as far as software development companies are concerned. I wondered if anyone would make the correlation between the colours on the kid and real life. I am such a nerd! Glad you enjoyed the figs. :D Quote
