K-Nut Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Some say he takes a hit for Cap That makes sense too. I never thought it would make sense for SW only realizing Ultron was evil once QS died anyways. All we're going off of is some out of context shots from the trailers too, so I wouldn't look too deep into any theories out there. Quote
kevkipo Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 (edited) HAH just found this: According to Marvel: "Both Taylor-Johnson and Olsen are signed for a multi-picture deal as their characters." He's not dying! Thank god Edited March 28, 2015 by kevkipo Quote
K-Nut Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Is there a link for that? I heard that ATJ was hesitant to sign a huge contract so he only signed on for one film. I hadn't heard anything about Olsen, though. Quote
Quicksilver Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Okay. So at the end on Iron Man 3 how Pepper got Extremis Powers? Could Tony somehow reignite those powers and she could show up as on of the surprise heroes Joss Whedon has been talking about? Quote

Could Tony somehow reignite those powers and she could show up as on of the surprise heroes Joss Whedon has been talking about? I doubt it. I think we probably would have heard if Gweneth Paltrow was appearing in AoU. As for Quicksilver, as long as Scarlet Witch is alive there is always a chance of her bringing him back to life if he does die. Quote

True, though the whole point of someone dying in this film is to end the Loki/Coulson/Pepper/Loki/Fury/Groot Complex. Quote
EdWebhead Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 If someone's going to die, they better stay that way. I'm getting annoyed of all these "deaths" only to have the character return minutes later. Quote

Nick Fury doesn't count, faking his death is totally normal, he does it all the time. Like, every Monday. Edited March 29, 2015 by Im a brickmaster. Quote

Starrocks923 Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 HAH just found this: According to Marvel: "Both Taylor-Johnson and Olsen are signed for a multi-picture deal as their characters." He's not dying! Thank god Actors usually sign multi-picture deals for Marvel anyways, and if they appear in the future, they appear as flashbacks, decoys, visions, etc. Thomas Kretchsmann signed a multi picture deal, but there have been a couple set reports stating that's not the case. Scarlet Witch and the Vision are likely to be involved romantically, since a messed-up witch and an android pairing is too much fun to pass up. None of the original Avengers are likely going to die(You could argue Hulk has no future, but really, how many of us want to tell our kids that?!?), and the death of Quicksilver could cause Scarlet Witch to run off mourning, while The Vision could go to protect her. That would effectively set up the scene in the trailer with the six original Avengers fighting what appears to be the final battle against Ultron, while removing three Avengers from the fight. QS could obviously return during Infinity War Part II. Then he could appear in Inhumans as the fiancee of Crystal, which would link Inhumans to the MCU. Quote
Quicksilver Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 (edited) Now I really want to see a TV/Netflix series of Scarlet Witch and Vision living in The suburbs fighting crime at 9PM Mondays on ABC Edited March 30, 2015 by Quicksilver Quote
Starrocks923 Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Now I really want to see a TV/Netflix series of Scarlet Witch and Vision living in The suburbs fighting crime at 9PM Mondays on ABC Don't forget the show where Captain America dates his ex-girlfriend's niece(Granddaughter now?) and fights villains, all while having his political stances shifting depending on who is writing the episode. Heck, what about The Thunderbolts? That would be fun. Quote

kevkipo Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi2821566745 There, Quicksilver still lives at the end of the trailer, in the end battle. HE WILL SURVIVE I TELL YOU Quote
Zilcho Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Cool trailer, and I guess that certainly disproves the theory that Quicksilver's death causes Scarlet Witch to join the avengers. He might still die in the final battle with Ultron though. (Hopefully not though). Quote

Chookdude Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Just watched the first episode of daredevil it was awesome a great improvement on the terrible Ben affleck movie Quote
Ultron Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 The first reviews for AoU are out and they're all pretty positive! A lot of people are describing it as "stuffed" but that Whedon pulls it off and it's overall a great movie that's bigger and darker than the first. Also that Hawkeye has an amazing role in the movie and him, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, and Vision are standout characters. I can't wait! Quote

Marvelfan120 Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 (edited) Just watched the first episode of daredevil it was awesome a great improvement on the terrible Ben affleck movie Watched the first two episodes last night and about to watch the third. Agree on episode one and episode two was even better. I love how they are looking at how people have to deal with the consequences of what happened in the battle of new york long after the crises has supposedly been averted. Ultron Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 They didn't mention Quicksilver? i'm glad to hear its so positive! From a few reactions I saw they said he wasn't given as much as SW to do, but still definitely has cool and awesome moments. But if Quicksilver is your favorite character I think you'll be happy with his movie role. I'm really surprised because I was reading this one guys tweets and he said it's basically Hawkeye's movie which is really awesome considering he was shunted aside in the first movie. Hopefully he'll finally get some respect he deserves. Quote

I don't care what his role is, he is in it and that's what counts Other than that silver haired X-men abomanation... Quote
