Marc Muller Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 (edited) hello everybody I'd like to show you my first complete MOC i built. I based the truck on an Oshkosh T-1500 model. If you have any ideas for improvements, don't hesitate to tell me... critics and comments welcome... thanks Marc ps. first picture still has non-chrome wheel hubs pps. the idea for the steps to get into the cabin has been seen on the Oshkosh fire truck built by Brian S. (the rest may look similar, but has been completely built by myself) Edited December 23, 2012 by Marc Muller Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Your fire truck looks very good,I like all the chrome. If you have any more pictures of your truck in more different angles then it would be good to see them. The one suggestion I would make is to make the compartment doors open. Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Excellent and realistic looking fire truck 'Marc' but I do agree with 'Alasdair'.....opening compartments to store equipment might be a good idea. Brick On 'Marc' ! Quote
HundredHander Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Big fan of the steps up to the cab, don't know if they're novel or not, but they are great. Quote
danthaman11 Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Good looking fire truck. Very accurate to the real life counterpart. I like the lime color and the chrome parts. Maybe some custom stickers or decals for the side of the truck. Quote
