During the night from 17-18 the provider did maintenance on our server. Due to a server reboot part of our database got corrupted. A similar occurrence happened a couple of months ago, this provider needs to be more diligent because they're causing an unacceptable amount of downtime. Quote

I fully agree, and have made it clear to the provider that they caused us downtime and damaged our database. In the mean time they have done changes on our server and now a restart is possible in a normal way (first gracefully shutting down all processes). This was done and tested yesterday. More next steps now will be planned with Ace (more modifications to make the database more secure from corruptions). Quote
