Haldor casts his scroll successfully twice, weakening the battered Vonnetate. Skrall tries to load his crossbow, but Vonnetate is incensed and charges the Ogre once more, this time cutting his shoulder down to the bone. Atramor finally heals himself and Hoke raises the young City Guard Orc as Dyric tosses Phil a potion. The brave Dragon Knight attempts to follow orders, but his anger for the Pongcanis drives him forward. Luckily for the heroes and the Empire of Dastan, his hammer flies true this time and rattles Vonnetate to the bone. Gnash attempts to lend a hand, but the now furious Vonnetate, bleeding and burned, drives him back.

SP reduction isn't exactly a negative effect, I think it should be permanent, but it's your call. :thumbup:

Atramor finally willed himself to look up once his healing had at last succeeded. Vonnetate forced back Skrall and Gnash with mindless brutality. He couldn't deny how terribly he wanted to draw Pongcanis's blood, or how badly he wanted him to suffer. His allies were stronger than he could hope to be, but the animal didn't deserve the quick death they would deliver. Still, he knew the best place for him to be at the moment was supporting them...biting his tongue, he quickly tried to heal up Phil from the back row.

"Gnash, stay back. I'd give the same advice to you, Phil, if I thought you'd take it..."

Skrall roared in pain as the blade bit to the bone. The ogre dropped his crossbow and fished a remedy out of his satchel. Pulling the cork out with his teeth, he drained the vial's contents. Between clenched teeth he shouted, "Gnash, hold off. Phil be careful in your attack. McColt, try inspirin' the Hoke."

The last enemy with a soul grins in his insane devotion, and cuts at Nyx. She really doesn't see this as very polite, though, so she fires right back with the Light spell she had charged, the slashes having tempered it a little. As he falls she ignores the superficial would and turns her eyes to Zee. She had been so patient, waiting, and now the time had finally come for her to finish her dealings with Zee. A sinister smile appears as she picks her trusty Ruby, and focuses her force on Zee from the back row, still clutching her book.

CMP, I understand your argument, but I'm keeping it the way it is. Generally I give it to you guys, but this time I'm giving it to me. All bad things that happen to Vonnetate go away after 3 rounds. Masked Builder, I've added your gold I forgot a while ago (200). Keep an eye on me! :grin:

Two things. Why doesn't Alexis get gold from the soulless anymore? And as much as I hate to point it out, Cronk's neither encourage nor strong against Ice so the second multiplier shouldn't be there (unless she's Undead, too?).

Zee is almost down but friends must be mindful of free hits. Cronk can take one from masters but Alexis should attack one Master as well. Cronk will take Expert A and Hans will take other Expert. Thothwick, please take one apprentice and prepare to take free hit from other one.

Cronk will bash Expert A from back row.

Hans will bash Expert B from back row.

Poletad, try to heal Thothwick once more from back row.

I don't think you took Haldor's Lucky effect into play in his attempted healing. And Hoke's Encouraged and using fire magic, so he should be down 1 ether and do 195 damage in total, leaving Vonnetate at 195 health. I'll wait for you to update since I suspect he'll have a new passive at that point... :laugh:

It was not accounted for, but it failed anyway (rolled 5). Vonnetate's health has been corrected, but he's a cuddly little teddy bear and only has one surprise passive special. :grin:
