I think Enforcer's parts count is enough to build the Boss, may be liitle count of unique extra parts needed to build Boss.

May be we can receive 2 in 1 set?:) no A or B model. Both A. And everyone will build what he want:)

Many russian fans don`t know english and do not participate in eurobrick`s discussions and do not follow the news on lego.com. The main sources of information in russian speaking lego community are doublebrick.ru and phantoms.su. So the information was published there. And the people who wants to take part in voting chose by themselves whose creation to support.

Thank tou CoolerTD. You are right, lego.com is unpopular site for russian lego-fans, and language is one of the reasons. Russian vrsion of site - Lego.ru (very lite version) does not contain information about challenge at all.

That would be a good compromise. One for those who want a crawler and preffer Boss and the Enforcer for those, who preffer great part selection this great looking model has and do not care about weight, stability or crawling capabilities. For kids as a toy enforcer is more attractive, for adult fans of crawlers probably the Boss.

Funny is that the Russian community that is helping the Boss a lot, will not be able to get it since LEGOShop probably does not ship to Russia.

I think lego found good idea of changeable top - modular technic sets... We have to build some awesome tops, and I also planning to make another chassis for crawlers's bodys. May be RWd chassis for such bodys as boss and original 9398., ans some awd chassises, not crawler, but offroader type... We have to try after challenge ends...

Well people are not clever as you think, if somebody say this is his MOC they put vote without thinking,If enforcer were from russia same circumstances happen.

I didn't think of this until now, but will the set be released like the crawler with all the power functions parts or will it just be the top piece and you need to own the 9398 to use it? I might have to scrounge up and buy another 9398 if it is only the top piece.

Yes, it will be a complete set. It would be a bit complicated for average user to get both of them and build/rebuild one into another one. Moreover may be the winning design will need some slightly changed chassis, so it would be even more complicated.
