EXO-CHAMP Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Currently I've lost track of how many wargames there are being made for the Exo-Force line. Why do you guys think there are so many games, and what qualities do you look for in a game? Could we combine our efforts to create one or two really good games instead of dozens of semi-completed ones? Does it really matter? Will the games survive or will they just end up as scrap in a few years/months? I for one will continue to support Exo-Dice for as long as the Exo-Force line excist and beyond. What do the rest of the designers/players/EB members think?
vahkimetru Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Well, Exo-Champ, your game is VERY high quality. Good for avid wargamers, but it is a bit too hard for me a not-so-expierienced wargamer. Therefore, I made a wargame that's in between charge-and-kill and hard-only-for-avid-players.
lone_buffalo Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 It is because most of the really popular lego war games take to long to include all the big stuff, including my war game :( So somebody got the idea to create a game using only bid mecha ppls and then Exo-Force came out and the Lego Mecha Wargames became like stick. Everyone wants a piece of it. EXO-CHAMP Posted January 20, 2007 Author Posted January 20, 2007 What if Lego launched a game of their own? Would you buy it? (compared to free games on the net).

Well they've made games, but no war games. I doubt I would buy it because why buy new when you can go to BrikWars instead. The only reason I would buy it might be because everything needed to play would come with it, and maybe some special minifigs.
vahkimetru Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 I wouldn't. We've got the free games here. Also, I despise charge-and-kill games. Where all you do is sit there and pound the opponent. Opponent pounds you. You pound opponent... They're all the same!!!!!! :-X

You can have a story behind the pounding!
