I finished another alternative build. I feel like it's just OK. But hopefully some of you will enjoy it.

42139 Hummer Rebrickable

Features:

• Steering
• 2 cylinder engine with two speed transmission
• Front pendular suspension
• Rear pendular suspension
• Front winch
• Removable overland package (Roll bar, fuel take, spare tires)
• Opening doors

42139 seems to be a good part pack?. There are a lot of alternative builds out there - after such a short time.

Nice car by the way!

 I embarked upon another alternative build a couple of months ago. I still have some difficulty working on these; It's still hard for me to think and building using a confined part availability. And as the sets I attempt to rebuild are getting bigger, they are getting harder.

Anyway, I present the 42154 Porsche 911. All pictures can be found here.

The Porsche features the following:

• Steering with HOG
• Four wheel independent suspension
• Rear wheel drive with flat 6 engine
• Opening doors, hood, and engine cover
• Two spoilers, including duckbill (correct) and huge wing (incorrect)

1324 of the 1466 (90%) parts from set 42154 are used. The extra parts are shown below.

Amazing Porsche, who'd have thought a modern Ford GT transforms into a classic 911 so easily ;) Nicely done, great MOC - I particularly like the creative parts usage and the exchangeable wing!

Thanks; I'm glad you like it. The exchangeable wing was an afterthought. I had the duckbill spoiler part of the design all while I was building, then I had a lot of parts left over so I tried some ideas. I'm happy I was able to make the wing option work. 

Super happy with the Porsche! Made some minor alterations to the front (only 42154 parts), I think the discs work slightly better for headlights than the Ford GT ones. Unfortunately, since I already applied some stickers, I need to at least replace the license plate since it's definitely not a Ford GT anymore

Thank you! The red car is the Remote Controlled Lamborghini Aventador SV by Lego_Bee, in a static version.

I built this little LMP car over the course of countless video meeting during COVID. After lots little ideas, I spent some time putting it all together into a decent build. I love the late 90's early 2000's LMP cars, so this one was the result of this love. In Octan colors, of course.

Instructions are freely available.

Thanks again. Yeah, this is a little different for me. I keep all my system parts on a table in my home office, so during COVID meetings, all these parts were right at hand. After year or so of tinkering, this little build started to become something. 

The build has 777 (!) parts. Glad you like it.

Yes, your Cosworth was used extensively (both in Studio, and in bricks) to give me ideas and try spacing. Thanks for sharing the Studio file for the Tyrell 019. I am grateful. The 019 is a beautify MOC too.

Thanks, I sometimes have a hard time being decisive, both with cars and vehicles. 

I think set 42168 is fine, but I wanted to see if I could make another alternative build. Building with a part constraint is a good exercise for me. So I made a little backhoe. It uses 91% of the parts, and has the following functions:

• Steering with HOG
• RWD with fake I3 engine
• Lifting bucket
• Moving rear digger
• Front fork or bucket
• Rear claws or drill

A couple of years ago, when LEGO 42098 came out, I loved the little car, and thought I could improve upon it. Someone requested that I post instructions for it, so I took it upon myself to do this.

As is all too common, I have a number of WIP projects currently, and I was feel like nothing was getting finished. In these situations, it's helpful for me to start something small and fun. So in the space of a week, I put this little tractor together as a celebration of my first LEGO set, 6524 Blizzard Blazer.

This little LMP racer is built in the style of the early 2000s open cockpit cars that races Le Mans and other endurance races.
