February 20, 201312 yr Old news, those are frames from - plus there was a ton of leaked beta gameplay on YouTube (which has now been removed).

February 21, 201312 yr http://videogames.le...about/features/ Found that. -Sci :wub_drool: Ahem. Those are Screenshots from the PS Vita version of the game!! (3DS will look a tad granulated, whereas the DS version will be outrageously down-graded). I think I might pre-order this, and it has been a LONG time since I've pre-ordered a game!
February 22, 201312 yr I will hopefully get this game. Any chance of a pre-order exclusive? Like maybe Crunket? I do think those screenshots can be from the 3DS version, the graphics look the same as LEGO Batman 2 of which I accidentally pre-ordered for 3DS.
February 22, 201312 yr according to the screenshots, the graphic still look like they are from Alpha.
February 22, 201312 yr according to the screenshots, the graphic still look like they are from Alpha. The game is still in alpha at this time, so yeah, they'd have to be.
March 4, 201311 yr I really hope, that in the final version, Cragger and/or Crominus will be playable there, preferrably right from the beginning, as I want to be able to play as Cragger and/or Crominus and fight against the Wolves and Ravens, especially Worriz and Rawzom, and Crooler.
April 4, 201311 yr http://www.capsuleco...ey-new-screens/ Looks like pretty typical TT stuff to me. :\ Edited April 4, 201311 yr by jamesster
April 4, 201311 yr http://www.capsuleco...ey-new-screens/ Looks like pretty typical TT stuff to me. :\ I don't have a problem with that. Their stuff, while not usually all that innovative, is pretty consistently fun. Chima fans will enjoy this the same way Batman fans enjoy Lego Batman, Star Wars fans enjoy Lego Star Wars, et cetera, et cetera. Plus, those environments look gorgeous. So colorful! Reminds me somewhat of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in that respect.

Reminds me somewhat of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in that respect. I don't have a problem with the gameplay itself, it's quite fun for the first few times. The problem is that they've been doing the same thing for eight years. There's been a couple exceptions, but for the most part it's all been licensed titles with the same core gameplay mechanics (even most basic visual and audio elements have remained the same since 2005), and it's really just feeling like the same game over and over again with a new roster of characters and levels. Sure, they've been gradually adding new features (custom levels, open worlds, etc), but it's always been the same basic gameplay. There are occasional exceptions (Bionicle Heroes, LEGO City Undercover... LEGO Rock Band...?), but aside from those, the only real innovation has come from other developers like Hellbent Games (LEGO Battles) and NetDevil/Play Well Studios (LEGO Universe). The reason I'm not so keen on Laval's Journey from what has been revealed so far is that it appears to be just another TT LEGO game, except this time with a Chima themed set of characters and levels. It's especially underwhelming after LEGO City Undercover, which did so much to break out of the TT mold and really impressed me. Edited April 4, 201311 yr by jamesster
April 5, 201311 yr As a sequel to the Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey video game, TT Games should release, in the future (probably not until 2014 or 2015), another video game that takes place inside the land of Chima but have Cragger as the main hero. The game could be called "Legends of Chima: Cragger's Adventures". The story would revolve around in Cragger stopping Crooler, Worriz, Rawzom and the Beavers from taking over the land of Chima and must rescue Laval, Eris and Gorzan from them. What do you people think about this idea of mine? Here is an edit: I just found out, via EB Games Canada, that the Nintendo DS and the Sony Playstation Vita versions of the Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey video game are due to be released on or about June 1 of this year (but I'm not sure on when the Nintendo 3DS version of this game is due to come out in North America, so if anyone here has the release date, could they let the rest of us know, here? ). April 23, 201311 yr Box art for Laval's Journey: When is the Nintendo 3DS version due to come out in the US and Canada?
April 28, 201311 yr Lego. Make more PC Games. Please. I really don't know why they don't made the GTA: Lego City (Lego City Undercover) on PC...
April 28, 201311 yr Lego. Make more PC Games. Please. I really don't know why they don't made the GTA: Lego City (Lego City Undercover) on PC... They can't put Lego City Undercover on anything else because the game is published by Nintendo.
April 28, 201311 yr This game looks awesome. I really hope you can play as the bad guys, this game looks hero based.
