If you get to my youtube channel, theres a video of an improved version of this gearbox... It should be pretty easy to reverse engineer :)

Hello, I am new to eurobricks, I'm currently building a realistic 4x4 chassis , due to the chassis size it has a fair amount of weight , I was just curious , have you modified this gearbox to be 5+R and how much torque can the gearbox take ?

no i haven't done the 5+R yet but you just need to expand it...the mechanism is the same and i think that as long as you brace the gears well it can handle any torque :)
