What I do most of the time is Modify sets. Take 7899, a non-Pirate set ( Quite the opposite :) ) It needed more figs, it got more figs. It needed a Jet-Ski, it got a Jet-Ski. It needed Weapons, ( badly ) it got Weapons.

7899 was my first real LEGO Set. ( My brother had a few castle sets, but those don't count )

So I salute it, as I pass with my first Pirate Set. :)

Very nice Vessel! *y* *y* I am fond of the Imperial Flagship and will also be building a very modified version. I especially like the rear of your ship and the use of blue shudders. The cannons are a bit closer to each other than what I would have done, but a very nice vessel indeed. The white railing looks nice and I like how the rest isn't overly blocky in the process of building it up. *sweet*
