Legonardo Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Everyone loves magic mushrooms, right? a queer hobbit gathering magic mushrooms deep in the forest of augmar one night... As soon as I saw mushroom in the title I knew it would be you! no I love mushrooms! inspired heaps by our friend berry. enjoy! Quote
fatfrog2596 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 That mushroom using the collar is a brilliant idea. Not to mention that the editing is superb! Quote
PenPlays Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 That's gonna be one high Hobbit! Love the build, by the way, Susan Jr.! Quote
Kai NRG Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 (edited) Cute build there, nice use of the red leaves! I should try some mushrooms maybe; I have plenty of those inverted 2x2 round plates... Edited January 8, 2013 by Kai NRG Quote
Legonardo Posted January 8, 2013 Author Posted January 8, 2013 Thanks guys! Cute build there, nice use of the red leaves! I should try some mushrooms maybe; I have plenty of those inverted 2x4 round plates... do you mean 2x2? Quote
Kai NRG Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Thanks guys! do you mean 2x2? 2x2 yes... I almost put 1x4 the first time... Quote
Gunman Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 beautiful and cute nice mushroom/collar combo Quote
Captain BeerBeard Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 That's hilarious! The hobbit looks so dirty. Those under plates give a nice ruffled looked but I think I would stick some Technic half pins in and attach radars. It would have a sleeker look. Quote
Kayne Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Nice...another 'shroom connoiseur in Avalonia Quote
Maxim I Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I hate hippies! Especially when they are from Avalonia Where are the Drows when you need them But I love how you made the mushrooms! Especially the middle one! Quote
K.Kreations Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Very cool! But I do believe the collar technique is mine, unless you came up with it without seeing mine on Flickr, but if not I would like it if you could give me credit for it. :) Quote

mrcp6d Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Nice little build Legonardo; the photoshoping really aids with the atmosphere. Does anybody have a pile of those collars? Now that I've seen this, I'm kind of interested in how a stack (3 or 4?) of them look under a 3x3 or 4x4 dish... but I only have one of those actor guys. Quote
Cara Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 I too love that collar mushroom, I can see myself using that in the future. Those happenstance, find two pieces of lego that stuck together and look good together are really great when they occur! Nice editing and nice scene. Quote
Legonardo Posted January 9, 2013 Author Posted January 9, 2013 thanks! unfortunatly I only have one collar, Ecc or Berry probably have heaps, or Mark of Falworth I think Quote
Kai NRG Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 ...but I only have one of those actor guys. Count your blessings... whenever I want an actor I have to ask my brother... Quote
Rook Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Best MOC ever! Ok maybe that's the mushrooms talking. Quote
de Gothia Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 A great idea for that mushroom! Finally a way to use the collar! Quote
