Scouty Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 Great, now we're in the realm of WIFOM. def (am I the only one wondering why his face is such a beautiful yellow?) I see a younger Dr. Bloodbrick.
badboytje88 Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 Sorry to say but I didn't get a puzzle piece either...
def Posted January 11, 2013 Author Posted January 11, 2013 Roughly 20 minutes to get in any actions for those who haven't.
Piratedave84 Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 If pieces are missing, we'll just look to those who didn't share or said they had no piece, giving us a good lead. Frankly, I'd be fine with an immortal scum for a single night, if we get an accurate suspect list in return. SNIP TBA: SNIP PirateDave84 SNIP Sorry I'm late to the puzzle party, you know .. sleep and all (before someone says it: I know "there's no sleep during mafia"!!! ) Here's what I got I recycled Scouty's image and added my piece (in the top left corner) and it says something like "what 1977 hit" http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/piratedave84/Randoms/euro.jpg The other sections are still jiberish; it appears to me we are still missing around 5-6 pieces. Analysing it some more, I posit that there is a section written in french; the "- ce" section and what looks like "qu'e" leads me to think one sentence reads "quest-ce que". Apostrophes and hyphens are super-common in french and I am 99% sure one section is in french! Oh and "quest-ce que" means "what is" or "what are"
Hinckley Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 Here's what we have so far...I've added in my piece here... The piece in the bottom right corner fits with the group of three. Better yet: Scouty, why did you use a black background? I'm at work so the one I was working on is at home. Now I have to start all over again with a logical background color.
TrumpetKing Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 Nobody wants to play Twister??? Puzzles are fun too. I'm not very good at puzzles though. Even if I google'd the answer, I 'd probably get it wrong! Personally, I think we should just wait until Day 1 begins, so we can (as said before) associate others who haven't shown pieces, while one or two pieces may be missing, as scum.
def Posted January 11, 2013 Author Posted January 11, 2013 Night's over. The sun is rising. Wait 40 minutes to actually start the game.
Cecilie Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 I have a puzzle piece as well, but I'm still debating with myself whether it's in our best interest to share them all publicly. I know they'll go to waste if we don't, there's no way we can find a trusted townie to give them to this early, but do we really want the scum to hold on to some important last piece, and then swoop in an get the answer before any of us can figure out what's missing? Or does it not matter that much, and it's all just for fun? If all it does is give someone kill-immunity on night one, I suppose the odds of it being useful to anyone are low anyway...
Hinckley Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 Better yet: If I'm right, then there are random letters strewn about to confuse us. If I'm wrong, then this is an enormous puzzle. Or maybe the square edges fit in the centers and it's a loopy outside puzzle?
