soccerkid6 Posted May 1, 2013 Author Posted May 1, 2013 Some very solid builds. They are easily recognized as your style. The scene with the waterfall is especially nice. I love the waterfall. The angle of the castle looks sweet as dose the rocky terrain its sitting on. All your interior scenes look really good. I like them better separated than stacked up. You are the king of Mitgardian architecture. Thanks Captain , but I get most of my inspiration for architecture from other Mitgardian builders. I agree with berry, your mitgardias best! good luck with this entry, its really nice! Thanks Legonardo! I think there are several better builders in Mitgardia though Wow, how did I miss this? Last I saw, it was a floorplan! 3 excellent builds SK, definitely some of your best yet. Wonderful detailing, the waterfall is one of the best I've seen, the composition of the second build is fantastic. The modular interior is a brilliant idea and so nicely detailed. Well done! Congratulations on being blogged, you deserve it! Thanks robuko, glad you like the waterfall, used almost all my clear 1x2 plates on it I really like each build, but your interior really stands out. So many great details, awesome job! Thanks Torgar, the interior was actually what took me longest to build Quote
Erynlasgalen Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 The second castle is just perfect, I love the clean lines of building and how many different textures you put into it. Even the landscaping is well done! You really went all out on this one and it shows I think my favorite part though of all the builds is the bunk beds, I don't know what it is about them, but they are adorable. I want to outfit a whole castle full of them, lol. Quote

ZCerberus Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 I am going to fix the title so it is clear this is a challenge VI entry. Excellent work. As a few others have said, you certainly have developed a style that is recognizable as you. All three builds are good, but I like the second castle and the stacked interior the best. The second build due to the unique shape of the castle and the interior for the good idea of making many modules and sticking them together. I felt like the interior build could have used a shot of dark bluish grey here and there to break up all the bley, but lots of cool little features on the interior. Your photos skills have also really gotten much better as well. Great job. Quote

Thanks ZC I agree with you that the 2nd and 3rd builds are noticeably better, good suggestion about the dark bley, I've realized that I have to consider color choices pretty carefully now Quote
