DraikNova Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Ridiculously beautiful. The ships are pretty well-designed and the method used for the ring structure is rather nice too. Quote
Wedge09 Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 (edited) Great  I love the central ring station Edited January 21, 2013 by Wedge09 Quote
Andy D Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Very nice! The docking ring is great, even a ship (the Deffiant?) docked there. Both photos really show it off, the natural light photo to show how the station and the ships are suspended and the black for a space look, hiding be supports.. Must have been a real balancing act to get the station balanced. Let's see, what was it called when the Cardassians occupied it? Andy D Quote
A Plastic Infinity Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 What is the blue trans-piece within the ships? Quote
Legonardo Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 nice build, this ties with enterprise as my least favorite crew but great all the same keep it up/good luck in the contest! ~Legonardo Quote
SamBo Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 wow this is really well done. The station looks great and the ships are awesome too Quote
Si-MOCs Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 TNG is better. Though your defiant is adorable. Quote
Lego Chris Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 This is way cool. I always enjoyed DS9 the best, it was a little darker and grittier than the rest. Maybe some Cardassian or Ferengi ships next time. Quote
dr_spock Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Very well done. I wonder what is going to come out of the wormhole. Quote
Rook Posted January 22, 2013 Author Posted January 22, 2013 What is the blue trans-piece within the ships? Would you believe 1x1 rounds. :) Quote
Hrw-Amen Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Really a very good interpretation of my favorite Star Trek series. Just one question and I appreciate it is hard to make in microscale. Is the little ship above the station a runabout or the Defiant? I am guessing Runabout as it looks similar if not the same as the one below. Quote

Is the little ship above the station a runabout or the Defiant? I am guessing Runabout as it looks similar if not the same as the one below. I was actually going for a Defiant like ship. I had trouble getting the right shape so I didn't label it as the Defiant. That also goes for the rest of the ships. They're all very similar to known ships and hopefully the mind fills in what's lacking in the bricks. I even went so far as making the middle right one, look slightly like Serenity and I used the torso of General Grevious as the haul. So a nice little Easter egg/shout out to some of my other favorite Sci-Fi favs. Quote
DraikNova Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Would you believe 1x1 rounds. :) Very smart. Quote
