HOW TO BUILD ADVANCED LEGO 8454

Hello I'm a new member from Turkey.I would like to ask how to add suspension to my lego set 8454 Rescue Truck.I would appreciate if you can send me the list of necessary parts and instructions.

Unless you've seen someone showing that they've already done this, you're not going to have much luck just asking for something like this.

Rather than just ask for someone else to do it for you wholesale, you'd probably be better off having a go at it yourself, posting your progress, and asking specific questions.

First you need to decide what kind of suspension you want, how many axles you want driven, steered, etc. A good starting point is this thread. The parts you have available will also have an impact; e.g. to do full independent suspension you probably need some kind of specialised wishbone parts, whereas a live axle or pendular suspension uses more generic parts.

@ ERK: Welcome to Eurobricks! There isn't a lot of room to add suspension to your Lego 8454 Rescue Truck (either for the primary A-Model or alternate B-Model):

Since I don't own this set, I looked at the Bricklink Parts Inventory and saw that it has two of those transparent blue, damped 32181c02 Shock Absorbers. Do you want to use those for suspension? From Bricklink, here are all of the available Lego Technic Shock Absorbers. The common ones are conventional (undamped), spring Shock Absorbers (either 6.5 studs long or 9.5L):

It will be difficult to add suspension, since this set has 6 wheel steering:

Maybe you could get Sariel's mini steered axle to work with that model, or the quite similar axle from Technic set 8261 (you can find instructions for that online). You could make the three steering axles like that and leave the non-steered axle rigid, so you wouldn't need shock absorbers to keep the model upright. You would have to redesign most of the chassis though, so maybe it's better to make your own suspended fire truck from scratch :)

Look on youtube, I think I remember a video of a modded 8454 with some really good suspension.
