drdesignz Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 I'm still hoping this piece will be made, the one missing from the empty space here: Quote
Lasse D Posted April 13, 2013 Author Posted April 13, 2013 And with the latest SW pics we have the 1x2 curve in dark gray. Quote
Boxerlego Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 I'm still hoping this piece will be made, the one missing from the empty space here: Now that is something I've been thinking for awhile now. I wonder If it would be able to fit with 4x4 round brick --> Quote
8BrickMario Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 What is this 4x4 facet brick referred to earlier? Is it the cocoon hemisphere in the CLS-89 Eradicator Mech and Hive Crawler (and Galactic Titan)? If not, what is it? Quote
Aanchir Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 What is this 4x4 facet brick referred to earlier? Is it the cocoon hemisphere in the CLS-89 Eradicator Mech and Hive Crawler (and Galactic Titan)? If not, what is it? No, it's this piece. Previously only 3x3, 2x2, and 5x5 varieties were available. Quote
8BrickMario Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) Ah. I had no idea it was called that, I would have called it a "interior corner side brick" or whatever. Thank you! Edited June 11, 2013 by 8BrickMario Quote
Lasse D Posted August 11, 2013 Author Posted August 11, 2013 If you go to Reddit right now, you can see that the knitted hat is about to come out in a purple-ish color instead of dark bluish gray and black: Any idea from which set? Quote
just2good Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 If you go to Reddit right now, you can see that the knitted hat is about to come out in a purple-ish color instead of dark bluish gray and black: {pic} Any idea from which set? Now that is strange... Maybe in a The Simpsons or LEGO The Movie Set next year? Quote
CM4Sci Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Looks like a future Winter Village set by the surrounding pieces. -Sci Quote
eurotrash Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Looks like a future Winter Village set by the surrounding pieces. -Sci Yes, to the surrounding pieces, but the WV official pictures show a black cap. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/grogall/10235/f_10235_detail_4.jpg The mystery continues.... Jargo Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 (edited) Wish they'd do it in medium orange like the one in the promo art for Lego Universe. Olive green would be good too. The lilac hat in question comes from the 2013 Friends advent calender and is used as the hat on a snowman . Mystery solved Edited August 12, 2013 by Jargo Quote
Lasse D Posted August 14, 2013 Author Posted August 14, 2013 Awesome. Now we know it is officially a LEGO piece. The Friends sets, however, do not come with regular minifig heads, so we have yet to see the set this bunch of pieces appear in. Quote
jonwil Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 Its not this years City advent calendar as that doesn't have the tan log bricks or the purple hat. It has a knit cap but only in dark bley. Quote
Leewan Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 Oops, sorry, I meant Friends Advent Calendar. That seemed obvious to me, since on Jargo's picture, there's a minidoll and girly-colored small sets. Plus, it's blurry, but on the card in the background, it seems to be written LEGO Friends Advent Calendar After some research, I "found" this. Mystery solved ! Okay, that's exactly what Jargo said. So yeah, the lilac knit cap definitely comes from 2013 Friends' Advent Calendar. Quote
Jargo Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 Yaaaaaay! Go me. I'd had an image of it on my laptop since the German Toyfair but it was cropped so I couldn't remember where it was from. Then I thought "Lilac - Must be a Friends set." So I went to Google image search and scanned through the 2013 Friends pics. Aaaah Google, I love thee so.... And there it was. Apparently the advent calendar hits retail in September and will cost $29.99. I think I'm going to add the lilac (I don't know the official colour name) cap to my Bricklink wanted list and wait until a few show up there. Quote
8BrickMario Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 That hat would go well with the CMF Grandma for a knitting project. Quote
Jargo Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Also it'll fit perfectly with the female skier CMF in her pale purpley-pinky outfit. I don't think any of my City criminals will be seen wearing it though. Quote

krystalKING Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Oh, I've been looking for a thread like this, I'd like to ask if anyone knows about the 3x3 plate. I own one in light gray, having obtained it in a promo Z-95 headhunter. Quote
