Candia Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Hello. I got started in building my own medieval city. It was a moment that I wanted, and recently, I made the leap. The principle is build modules 48 * 48 independent but also form a coherent whole. So here is my first module, a medieval inn. If there was a building which is important in a community, this is it. : laugh: I was inspired by the inn for a building of Vannes (France) that I saw on a postcard (pics). CastelTourbe is a permanent WIP. songwm Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 i love this moc, especially the roof and windows. It looks very realistic. Your lego world is very peaceful. Goblins are having meal together with humans. Quote

krumb Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Wow, quite a party around the tables . Really like the stone wall curving through there, looks good. Quote

Flea Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 I love the ground floor and the brick fence! also those two women dancing around the stick on the table! hilarious! top floor not my favorite, but some details are really nice :) Quote
kinggregus Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 I want to be part of the party! This is fantastic. What will come next? Quote
brodey1 Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Love the colors and details around doors and windows. Quote
Ryclen Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 The brickwork and overall architecture is really cool, the busyness of the scene really gives a charming feel. Quote
Candia Posted February 6, 2013 Author Posted February 6, 2013 Thank you. The realization of the windows gave me bad but I am very happy with the result. Ideally I wanted to be frame of windows (tiles and jumpers) in dark tan but I do not have a jumper 1 * 2 in this color. I already changed the roof, I'll probably still working on it. This is some new pictures and some pictures of the module 2 wip. My Moc is archenval compliant (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=57367&hl=archenval&st=25). Quote
ProfessorChaos Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Great work! I really like how you did the doors and the windows. Very clever use of cheese slopes there! Quote
Wedge09 Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Impressive work, full of details  Quote

Evil Porkchop Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 The walls and tower are especially impressive, the rest of the MOC is great too. But the castle part is what really caught my eye. Quote
ZCerberus Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 Very nice. A reminder, some of your photos are outside the sites guideline of a maximum of 800 x 600. Please keep pictures within that size range. Quote
