Masked Builder Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 This is what broke my builder's block last month. Then I looked at the rules again and it wasn't eligible because it wasn't from the movies of The Clone Wars. However, I'm still quite happy with this MOC, I'm most proud of the fact that the wings actually open! Flickr Set Facebook January 2013 Quote
jmagaletta Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Amazing. So small but soooo accurate Quote
Danthebrick Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 very nice indeed. a brilliant replica at that scale. Quote
Dapper-D2 Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Love It! It’s very accurate for the scale and the addition of the folding wings with greebles is really a nice touch. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Awesome build. I love mini scaled versions of official sets (when they are done right) and this is definitely done right. Very accurate. The folding wings is just a bonus! Keep up the good work! I may try my hand at this sometime. Quote
ISDAvenger Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Freaking sweet man, well done. I like how the wings open and that you incorporated a cockpit as well. Quote
Nightshroud99 Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Whoa that's a really amazing render of one of my favorite SWTOR ships. Quote
M<0><0<DSWIM Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 This is definitely one of my favorites of yours! Easily recognizeable and love those folding wings! Quote
Studebricker Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Interesting at this scale. The Sith Fury ship is one of my newest favorites, but then I like all Sith ships. :) Quote
Masked Builder Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 Thanks all, glad you like it. Love It! It’s very accurate for the scale and the addition of the folding wings with greebles is really a nice touch. I actually built it around the opening wings. This is definitely one of my favorites of yours! Easily recognizeable and love those folding wings! Thanks Mood! Coming from you, that means a lot to me. Quote
Mr Man Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 I first thought this was a polybag set . I want one . Quote
howie28 Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 (edited) <p>Very accurate version of the sith fury interceptor, and you put microfigs in!! Edited February 7, 2013 by howie28 Quote
Masked Builder Posted February 9, 2013 Author Posted February 9, 2013 I first thought this was a polybag set . I want one . Thanks! It's a bit large to be a polybag set, more like a $20 one. Quote
just2good Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Excellent work, 'Masked Builder'! This is a billion times better than the mini Star Wars sets LEGO has been putting out. I love the removable cockpit! Quote
Fuppylodders Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Absolutely love this! Especially the fact you managed to fit that microfig in, and the folding wings, and the detail that is in it... and.. and... Quote
DarthPotato Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 Cool, you did a really good job with this! I've actually tried doing a mini version of this ship before but it didn't turn out too well. This looks really nice though, I really like how you used the printed windshield piece from the planet set with the mini tie fighter. Quote
jimmynick Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 The way the finger hinges make the flaps at the back flush with the rest of the wings is gorgeous. Very nice! Quote
HJR-Holland Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 I would just have entered this for the competition... It' surely a winner! Quote
