JimJam Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Hey guys and girls! This is my first MOC in maaaaaany years, and in fact the first MOC I've created as a newly embarked AFOL. The setting as I imagine it is the two mad scientists hiding in their layer, creating diabolical plans and potions, when Rodney Rathbone, fearless leader of the Monster Fighters intervenes. A fight between him and Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde breaks out, and as the bad doctor's friend is about to help him defeat Rathbone, Mr McHammer "knocks" on the door, screaming "IT'S HAMMER TIME!" Chaos breaks out... Looks like the Monster Fighters have once again saved the day! (And will be able to take home that good ol' moonstone to Rathbone's home for safekeeping). As I was about to finish this little diorama I couldn't resist adding some Major Steele awesomeness on the "roof". So what do you think? Anything I should keep in mind during my new career as a AFOL? :) Have a nice day ppl! Ciao ~ Quote
Tazmaniac Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Looks great, and if this is your starting point then I expect to see great things from you. Quote
DraikNova Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Wow. Hands-down, best crumbling wall effect I've seen. Quote
Lord LOLrus Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Wow. Hands-down, best crumbling wall effect I've seen. Agreed. Certainly, at least, for a small vignette such as this. It's hilarious that McHammer knocked down a piece of the wall, and in the shape of himself. Quote
Hey Joe Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Looks really great, thanks for sharing! Joe Quote
TrumpetKing Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 I really, really like this MOC. The only thing I would watch out for though is the background. It looks a little distracting from the actual MOC, I feel, and it makes the picture look way more blurrier than it really is. But otherwise it looks really, really neat! Quote
Mutant Orc Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 This is great, I love the fact that there is some British awesomeness going on on top of the roof. (I always thought of him as British) Quote
