Posted February 9, 201312 yr I've always enjoyed seeing MOCs from the Harry Potter series, which there's a surprising lack of actually, so I decided to make my own version of the park scene from The Order of The Pheonix. Harry Potter, The Boy Who Lived. by Lego Junkie., on Flickr Partially inspired by Carson Hart's older work in the genre, and partly inspired by the LEGO Harry Potter game. While not completely accurate to the movie, I think it bears enough of a resemblance to be passable.
February 9, 201312 yr Very nice ! One of my favorite scenes. Am excited for any more HP themed MOCs to come .
February 9, 201312 yr Great MOC LJ, ... the swings are genius..... ....totally agree. Look forward to more !! Cheers, LLL
February 9, 201312 yr Very nice! The groundwork is the best - and I love the fact that it is not square. The swings are also very nice. Good job!
February 9, 201312 yr Looks great. Harry Potter is what got me back into LEGO in fall of 2010. So I love seeing MOCs of it. I have unfortunately not done as many as I had wanted to due to time and interest in other themes. I will agree, those swings are ingenius. But this does inspire me to get back on track and build scenes I want to see in LEGO form. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work.
February 9, 201312 yr Very nice scene, Lego Junkie. The coke can strewn on the ground is good as are the swings (of course).
February 10, 201312 yr This is great. The fifth book/film is one of my favorites. May i ask where those fence pieces are from?
