Nah, I think if that was the case, it would only be temporary and of course, it wouldn't be that Stringer intentionally sided with the villains, more like him being brainwashed or something like that.

It seems like Stringer will show up, but then again I don't think IMDb is that much of a reliable source anymore since the Rampant Oceans thing took place.

Speaking of character development, a friend of mine came up with a theory that may involve getting to know more about Thresher. Basically, he came up with the idea that Thresher is the big baddie of the HF storyline. You can read it here.

Interesting about the Thresher conspiracy.It would fit the whole Galactic conspiracy thing.

Well if that's the case then things are certainly getting interesting. About time the story started getting somewhere.

I'm pretty sure story got around Breakout and now with this theory HF might get very interesting.This theory is going deeper into the story than I thought.

Apparently it was said just at the end of the book, which I would say is a little bit suspicious, knowing that the story of the next book goes straight to the Brain Attack arc.

I wonder if Nebula used one of those brain slugs. on Thresher and made him press the button from the trailer to release the rest of them. Makes sense when it doesn't look like it was Nebula releasing them.

1.They see Thresher releasing the slugs.

2.They see Stringer releasing the slugs.

3.They see a upgraded Von Nebula releasing the slugs.

4.They see The Villain Factory in the far distance of the release chamber.

Taking into account that it probably will be the last book of 2013, I'd go with the the third and fourth possibilities.

Would be far more disappointing if in a plot with these mind control slugs things, no hero goes controlled by them ever.
