VBBN Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Aquagon? Apparently it's time to learn some new shapes. But Dragon Bolt sounds promising, albeit the obvious fact that Bolt Dragon sound far better IMO Quote
Vinyl Scratch Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 So maybe Stringer gets turned to the other side after all? ... LEGO is really up for heavy backlash if they do that. Quote
Nike2032 Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) So maybe Stringer gets turned to the other side after all? ... LEGO is really up for heavy backlash if they do that. Nah, I think if that was the case, it would only be temporary and of course, it wouldn't be that Stringer intentionally sided with the villains, more like him being brainwashed or something like that. Twilight Avenger Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) Also guys, the Brain Attack episode is now listed in IMDb: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2515080/ It seems like Stringer will show up, but then again I don't think IMDb is that much of a reliable source anymore since the Rampant Oceans thing took place. xxlrocka Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Now all I want now is more Surge character development. Quote
Twilight Avenger Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Speaking of character development, a friend of mine came up with a theory that may involve getting to know more about Thresher. Basically, he came up with the idea that Thresher is the big baddie of the HF storyline. You can read it here. Quote

Twilight Avenger Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Uh... OK? When did Thresher meet BP on a mission? In the second Secret Mission book. HS01 has a summary of it here. Quote

If that's the case....totally called it.Brainwashed seems very likely. Interesting about the Thresher conspiracy. It would fit the whole Galactic conspiracy thing. About time the story started getting somewhere. Quote
Zachattacx Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 I'm pretty sure story got around Breakout and now with this theory HF might get very interesting. This theory is going deeper into the story than I thought. Quote
Cahillrebel Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Looks like Thresher might make some kind of appearance since it said he was keeping mind attacks from happening. Quote
Twilight Avenger Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Apparently it was said just at the end of the book, which I would say is a little bit suspicious, knowing that the story of the next book goes straight to the Brain Attack arc. Quote
Cahillrebel Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 I wonder if Nebula used one of those brain slugs. on Thresher and made him press the button from the trailer to release the rest of them. Makes sense when it doesn't look like it was Nebula releasing them. Quote
Zachattacx Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 When the summary says "rock Hero Factory to its core"I think of possibilities. 1.They see Thresher releasing the slugs. 2.They see Stringer releasing the slugs. 3.They see a upgraded Von Nebula releasing the slugs. 4.They see The Villain Factory in the far distance of the release chamber. Taking into account that it probably will be the last book of 2013, I'd go with the the third and fourth possibilities. Edited December 30, 2012 by Twilight Avenger Quote

Would be far more disappointing if in a plot with these mind control slugs things, no hero goes controlled by them ever. Quote
Jouster Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Thresher can't be evil, they said, you're insane, they said. WHO'S THE INSANE ONE NOW?! Quote
Zachattacx Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 If its any case the brain slugs mutate whatever they get on,and if it got on a hero..god knows how it would look. Thresher can't be evil, they said, you're insane, they said. WHO'S THE INSANE ONE NOW?! LoL,I feel the same way with the Stringer thing. Quote
Aethersprite Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Sounds interesting - never read any of those Secret Mission books before. If that's the case I would like to see a brain-controlled Stringer as a set! Quote
Cahillrebel Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 If a hero got mutated, how would it look? I can see it now. "New from Lego! Hordika Heroes!" Quote
bacem Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 uh, well, in the story, they said that Stringer is gone missing. so, is it possible if Stringer actually got posessed by a brain slug and turned into a villain? Quote
Cahillrebel Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 I don't want to think what he would look like. Quote

I checked around Novena today and was unsuccessful :( (Sorry, readers of this thread, for this random post.) Quote
