Wow, Evo looks great. He shares a lot of characteristics with his Breakout set, which is nice. Don't care to much for Aquagon, though.

Still can't use PaB. Which makes me sad, since the blank Evo chestplate has already sold out D: (EDIT: Nevermind, it was a problem with Google Chrome. Works fine in IE.)

Unfortunately, it looks like Aquagon is the only one with a blue head, because if you look under Evo's mask you can see the bottom of a green head.

I wouldn't say the ONLY one-- I imagine Stormer has a blue head. No guarantees, of course.

I'm somewhat disappointed that the new head appears to be regular Transparent Blue rather than Transparent Fluorescent Blue, the color of Stormer's old head. Tr. Fluor. Blue reacts much more to ultraviolet light (that's in the nature of fluorescent colors) and has a long history as use as an eye color in action figure sets. Thankfully, there are a few Tr. Fluor. Blue parts that are still being used in 2013 sets, so that means I probably don't have to worry about the color being discontinued. It'd be a darn shame if it stopped appearing since Tr. Fluor. Red and Tr. Fluor. Yellow left us a long time ago, and Tr. Fluor. Green and Tr. Fluor. Reddish-Orange already tend to steal the spotlight from Tr. Fluor. Blue.

I don't know about you guys but I'm pretty positive that Stormer uses a blue head as well. It can be seen both in the render from a while back, as well as in the various trailers for the show. I'd bet that Frost Beast probably does as well, but obviously nobody can be certain about that at this point in time.

Maybe it's just me, but it appears as Aquagon uses bright light orange and trans. medium blue, Evo yellow and trans. light blue, Stormer trans. medium blue like Aquagon (and probably gunmetal grey) while Frost Beast trans. light blue like Evo.

EDIT: Nope, Stormer uses trans. light blue, too.

I think he is the cheapest set with trans blue small shells and black fists are not so bad either.

I am better that Nebula has something to do with this. We already saw the scenes of the new trailer about the Heroes taking on drone things which just look like they have the new head in black with Barraki(Forgot its spelling) eye.

I was looking at the Jet Rocka pic that came out a few days ago on my mobile, and I noticed some things about Stormer and Frost Beast. Zoom FTW! I cut the image, magnified it and altered the colouring a bit (mainly making the colours more noticeable).

Of course, Stormer takes a large part of the picture, covering most of Frost Beast, so not much to say about it really.

On Stormer, you can notice the recoloured Pyrox flame on Stormer's left arm, it looks white and azure- I would have liked a transparent recolour more, but maybe this is a preliminary version (the silver sword seems like a big clue).

The most interesting thing, however, is another one IMO. Look closely at Stormer's flick missiles: they're Transparent Light Blue (Chima crystals, Ehrye's and Toa Nuju's eyes..you know by now), which is the colour I had theorized to be Stormer's visor/shells colour. But you can notice his visor clearly is in another colour, same goes for his shells: Transparent Fluorescent Blue (Stormer's eye colour).

So the most interesting thing is that Stormer's shells, visor and head (possibly) are adarker blue? Why is that the most interesting thing? It's pretty obvious in the trailer they were gonna be that color.

Darker blue? You must mean lighter. Before that Brickset article, we didn't even know Stormer had a different blue than Evo's.

Dragon Bolt is FANTASTIC, I'm iffy on the wings however. Its slug has a weird colour- glow in the dark? Jet Rocka is a mess.. Frost Beast has puny arms, but he's taller than Pyrox at least. Surge and Stormer have printed visors. And it looks like I was wrong about Stormer, his shells are Transparent Light Blue (my very first guess).

Surge doesn't seem to have tr. yellow. Whyyyy

These look very finalized. Since Frost Beast has that blade, I guess that confirms the Chima figures are final.

After getting a better at Dragon Bolt, there is one thing I hate about it, I don't own him, it's a shame his tail is short, but that can be easily fixed. Also, his Brain Slug looks amazing.

Jet Rocka doesn't look all that great, right now, it looks like a jumble mess of Technic parts.

Surge is awesome, all of those transparent pieces, plus he comes with a scout drone.

Srormer is ok looking.

Frost Beast also looks ok.

Can't wait to buy Dragon Bolt and Surge.

Stormer looks good. If the packaging is correct, it seems he'll be getting a silver sword. Sad since a blue one would be much nicer.

Frost Beast looks... Decent. Something about the body or the pose makes him look fat, though. But I want to see how the body is assembled. Seems kinda weird.

Opinion hasn't changed about Evo and Aquagon.

Surge is nice looking. Loving the flame piece in the lightning colors. Also, do my eyes deceive me, or is his visor printed?

Now Dragon Bolt. Wow. The head mold, the lightning wings, and an obvious wing flapping function. I'm excited for this fella. But most of all, that Brain Slug. The colors are so weird. I'm beginning to wonder if it is glow in the dark. The packaging makes it look like the eyes glow at least.

Surge is less exciting than I would have hoped, but Frost Beast is looking better.

Love how Dragon Bolt's wings alternate between blades and lightning. He does seem to have bright yellow blades and bright blue Savage Planet spikes, but I could be wrong about the former. Incidentally, in the actual model his brain slug seems to be a standard two-color blend (transparent color+glow-in-the-dark), but on the placeholder package it seems like a three-colored blend with red eyes like the other sets. Not sure which to expect in the final model. His head design does look truly epic.

Stormer has an epic printed visor. His flick missiles on the package art are not Chi crystals, but rather regular 1x1 round bricks. This means that either the package art is preliminary or the animated version is not accurate to the final model. His weapons are still awesome.

Frost Beast remains hard to judge, but he's definitely got that abominable snowman vibe working for him.

Surge looks EPIC-- I would never have guessed that a model with two colors of transparent shell used as armor could be pulled off. Incidentally, it looks as though he uses Tr. Fluor. Green rather than Tr. Yellow.

Jet Rocka's package looks intense. When folded up, the jetpack isn't that compact, and I think it probably looks its best when the wings are spread. I am growing to like the white after these pics. Rocka would have been better with gold or black hands, though, since in this the silver of the hands looks more like part of the jetpack than part of him.

Just noticed that Surge's visor looks printed too, actually, which is kinda cool. His weapon is still lame, though; wasn't good on Pyrox, and continues to not be good on Surge.

Also Stormer's blade will probably be silver =P. But since we have blue blades aplenty this summer wave, won't be too much of a problem, neh?

Stormer and Surge both have a printed and trans-colour visor! Sweet! Frost Beast is... different, Dragon Bolt is amazing, looks pretty big for a bagged set, which is a good thing. And he only has 4 blades on his wings, unlike the 10 on Legojangs MOC, and his brain is glow in the dark. Evo and Aquagon still look amazing.

Surge: He looks wonderful, mostly with those transparent armour pieces and those wings. The helmet really looks gorgeous, and he seems to have a good back armour coming from the TV trailer so I guess he's going to be great.

Dragon Bolt: Absolutely gorgeous. I do love that boxart, and his Brain seems to be my favourite after the Dark Blue Brain from Aquagon. The wings didn't look as I expected, but I guess it was predictable considering the amount of sword blades in the TV trailer. But whatever. Really great.

Stormer: His helmet makes him look a bit fat, face-wise. But that's more of a nitpick. I'm loving those transparent/translucent armour pieces, The sword looks gorgeous, and the shield seems to be one half of Furno's with a cyan/blue recolour, really nice.

Frost Beast: For some reason I hoped that his helmet had a goatee, but it's alright this way. The sword is gorgeous, and all those translucent pieces are reaaaaaally sexy. That Brain looks great too. His body looks strange though, I want to see how it's built.

Jet Rocka: Eh, still not sold on him. He's probably going to be expensive here and he looks like a mess, so I'll probably pass and mod the normal Rocka to make him look like Jet Rocka.

Evo and Aquagon: Gorgeous.

That's pretty much my thoughts on these. I like Brain Attack so far.

You probably thought Frost Beast's helmet had a goatee because he has one of the Chima "fur" pieces on his chest, pointed down. In the front-view video clips and screenshots we've seen, it shares the same icy aesthetic as his face and could easily be mistaken for a continuation of that piece.

Anyway, the color schemes of these sets seem promising as far as combi models are concerned. It's a bit disappointing that Dragon Bolt is Bright Blue rather than Earth Blue as some of the animation screenshots and that one production render of him looked, but at the same time Bright Blue is often a terribly underused color in Hero Factory, and I appreciate more of it (even if there are very few conspicuous new parts-- those that stand out are Bright Blue Exo-Force robot arms and Savage Planet claw/spike pieces, not to mention Dragon Bolt and Surge's new masks). The number of new Transparent Blue and Transparent Light Blue pieces also helps to fill out that part of the spectrum.
